Golden Divine Light & Spiritual Presence

Use this meditation every day to set your energy, intention, and good boundaries within the light. Call upon all the spirit guides, divine feminine, divine masculine, elementals of earth air, fire and water, the animal kingdom, archangels, angels, and ascended masters to surround you and guide you as you move directly into your daily routines after calling upon them.

Transcript

Noticing your breath as you begin to sit in a comfortable and upright position,

Your spine should be straight and your feet can either be touching the floor or resting in a tucked under you position.

But your back should be pressed upward and straight against some sort of cushion or chair back or couch.

And as you're breathing in,

Notice your belly.

Call your breath down into the center of your being.

And as you exhale,

Notice that you begin to exhale with more purpose and more completeness so that your stomach begins to maybe pull in slightly.

Breathing in,

You breathe even deeper into the center of your being with a large inhale.

And your exhale begins to breathe out even more slowly and mindfully than the inhale.

Breathing into the belly right in the center of your being.

A big,

Full,

Robust,

Deep breath nourishing your entire being.

And when you're ready,

Slowly letting that exhale,

Releasing it in a controlled way so that the exhale is longer than the inhale.

As you continue,

You should breathe this way,

Deeply inhaling to the belly and slowly exhaling.

You're sending signals to your body to relax,

To release and to let go.

Stress levels and cortisol hormones running through the body naturally begin to get the signal from the longer exhalation that it is okay to relax.

It is okay to rest.

And so we invite you to do that now.

Breathing in deeply to the belly.

And exhaling slowly.

As you do this breathing,

Become aware of the crown of your head.

Feel as it opens and expands and sends a column of energy up and out away from your being.

Sending it up into the sky like a vast cone or funnel.

Allowing it to connect with the sky,

The heavens,

The stars,

The ether.

And as it does so,

Feeling yourself pulled ever so slightly upward to connect,

To plug in.

At the same time,

Becoming aware of your feet,

Noticing that your feet open through the bottoms and two columns of light.

Energy send down through the floor,

Wherever you're resting,

Into the ground,

Through the building that you're in or if you're outside directly into the ground.

Noticing that these columns of light are being sent down and directed right to the center of the earth.

Grounding you,

Rooting you,

Connecting you with the earth energy.

Firmly,

Comfortably,

Closely.

Becoming aware of a sacred object that is in the center of the earth now.

Allowing these columns of light to tie themselves on to the sacred object that is waiting for you there.

Noticing that it is something special to you,

Perhaps a tree root or a crystal or some sort of sacred object.

Tying those light cords right onto it so that you are anchored and rooted and deeply grounded into the earth energy.

And now of course you are connected from sky to earth and back again with your energy field.

And beginning to notice a column of golden light traveling down through your crown from the sky.

Helping to open your crown space on the top of your head to whatever level you need it open to in this moment.

So that you may do your work of connecting with your spiritual presence.

Allowing it to open gently and should there be any blockage here of any kind you don't necessarily need to know what it is.

Allowing it to be swirled and cleansed and released by this golden light of divinity.

And once this center is open to whatever level you need it to be open to today to feel connected to your spirituality.

Notice the golden light traveling down through the brain,

The skull,

The sides of the temples around into the forehead.

And it pauses right in the middle of the forehead in what is known as the third eye center.

Helping to open this psychic connection space to whatever level you need it open to today.

So that you may sense,

See,

Feel,

Know and understand all that is meant to be shared with you during your spiritual work.

And the light travels down through the eyes into the ear canals opening the psychic hearing center.

So that you may hear all you need to hear in this moment.

And it washes through the sinuses,

Through the nose,

Through the upper jaw and the teeth and the tongue and the lower jaw.

Washing down through the neck and shoulders releasing any tension should there be any help there.

And around to the throat center.

Pausing in this space so that it may open to whatever level you need it to be open to today.

So that you may speak your truth to the world and be heard in turn.

And this golden light now travels down through the arms and the elbows and the forearms.

And into the palms where it opens and spins the palm centers.

And it spreads to each finger opening each fingertip like a beacon of light shining out into your space.

Noticing now how the golden light washes down through the chest and the back of the ribs,

Through the shoulder blades.

Into the heart center in the front.

Pausing in the heart center helping to open this space to whatever level you need it to be open to today.

So that you may feel loving compassion.

Metta as we call it in Buddhism.

For yourself.

And should this space feel stuck in any way or full of energy that no longer serves you.

Notice how the golden divine light washes through expanding,

Releasing and gently clearing any energy of blockage.

And once this space is open to whatever level is right for you at this time,

It is also open for you to not only send love to self,

But also to all the other people in your life that you come across.

And you can also receive their love in turn.

Noticing now how the golden light travels down through the rims and the middle back,

Wrapping around the sides to the upper stomach,

Washing through the upper intestines and pausing right above the navel in the solar plexus center.

This is the space of power and control.

Inviting the golden divine light to open this space to whatever level you need it to be open to today.

So that you may feel your own authentic divine power.

Not from an ego place,

But from an authentic place.

Allowing the space to be cleared and cleansed from any energy that is connecting to other people at this time that no longer serves you.

For this is the space of psychic connection.

Often cords of energy become entwined with other beings from this space.

And we wish to allow it to be free,

Unencumbered and as open as possible.

So that you may feel your own power,

Your own control,

Your own authenticity.

And we'll now send the light down through the stomach region around to the low back.

Wrapping around again to the lower tummy,

Pausing just below the navel in the sacral center.

This is the space known as the creative and the procreative space for you.

Allowing the golden divine light to open this space to whatever level you need it to be open to today.

So that you may see and sense and feel and know all the creativity and joy and vibrancy.

The colors and the sounds and the sights and the textures and the sensations of the earth plane.

For this is a joyous place to be in human form.

And when this space is open and balanced to the right capacity for you.

You are able to experience music and food and smells and sensations from touch.

And these all bring you joy and wonderment and fulfillment.

Allowing this space to open to whatever level it needs to be open to today.

And if there's any energy of blockage in this space,

Allowing the divine golden light to gently release it.

And once again noticing how the divine golden light travels down through the hips and around to the base of the tailbone to the root center.

The platform of stability and grounding in your life.

Allowing this space to open to whatever level it needs to be open to today.

So that you may feel firmly rooted and planted in your life.

With all of your basic needs met.

You are clothed,

You are fed,

You are housed and you are financially secure.

Should any of these four sections not be completely right in this moment.

Allowing the golden divine light to open the space and cleanse through.

Releasing any blockage so that you may feel secure in all of your basic needs being met.

And now allowing the golden light to travel down through the hips and the thighs,

Through the knees.

Washing through the kneecaps should there be any creaks or twinges here.

Allowing the golden light to travel down through the shins and the calves into the ankles and out through the feet.

Sending it down through the columns of light that are anchored into the earth.

And now of course you are a column of light.

This golden light rushing through your being.

Allowing it to guide,

Cleanse,

Release,

Restore,

Harmonize,

Balance,

Center your entire being.

And now noticing perhaps that there might be a space within your physical being that needs some extra love or an extra touch of warmth from your hand.

Allowing your hands to gently move to whatever space on your body needs to be filled at this time with gentle touch.

And as you do this becoming aware of your breathing in this space being held by this column of light.

Feeling your energy body and your physical body stretched ever so slightly between sky and earth.

Allowing on your in-breath this golden column of light that is inside you to grow even brighter and stronger.

And on your exhale allowing it to expand out around you and your body.

Allowing it to grow even brighter and stronger.

As you breathe in and as you exhale allowing it to expand out into the room that you're in.

Allowing it to travel up to the four corners of the ceiling and down into the four corners of the floor.

Creating a sacred and safe space from which you will do your work at this time.

If you're outside doing this work you can create a boundary of a sacred bubble around you.

That's about five to ten feet around you in your space.

And this now of course is your sacred safe space in which you will co-create with spirit in whatever ways you find useful to you.

So at this time we would like to define the kind of spiritual presence that it will be appropriate to work with.

We will now call upon the divine feminine Lady Nada,

Mother Mary,

White Buffalo Calf Woman,

Kuan Yin,

The Goddess Sarah.

And in your mind's eye calling upon any other divine female presence that you wish to bring into this space with you at this time.

Allowing the pink flowing heart energy of the divine feminine to flow through your heart space.

Filling you with gratitude and serenity and compassion and strength.

And now calling upon the divine masculine,

Meditron Malkizadeh Yahweh,

Lord Sananda,

The Buddha,

The Krishna,

The Christ Consciousness.

The Gandhi energy,

The MLK energy and any other divine masculine energy you wish to call upon at this time.

In your mind's eye to come and do the work with you that you were meant to do.

Noticing the blue fiery steel like quality of light that comes through the divine masculine wave through your heart center.

Allowing it to fill you with compassion and strength and love and a capacity to be strong emotionally.

Notice how it mixes with the divine feminine and both the masculine and the feminine fill you and provide you with balance,

With love,

With grace,

With compassion,

With fortitude.

And also into this divine sacred space we wish to call upon the animal kingdom of the winged,

The finned and the many legged.

The animal creature that makes its way towards you and makes its presence known to speak with you now sharing any messages that it has to relay to you at this time.

And also to sing and giving thanks as it makes its way to a comfortable resting place near,

On or in your space.

Calling upon the elemental energy of the fairies and the sprites and the gnomes with your beautiful laughter and your trickster like joking playful energy to enter the space to help us stay balanced in joy.

And also calling upon the elemental energy of earth,

Air,

Fire,

Water and metal to balance,

To harmonize,

To blend.

And also finally calling upon the animal wisdom and the ancient wisdom that rises from the depths of our oceans.

It is primordial and it is grand and it is wise beyond all belief asking for the whales and the dolphins and the tiniest of tiny creatures that live in the ocean waters.

With all other aquatic animals in between to raise this consciousness into your vibration so that you may feel,

Sense,

See and know the ancient secret wisdom of our earth.

And you may become one with it in harmony.

And finally calling upon the angels and the archangels and all of their light,

Their strength,

Their protectiveness.

Calling upon Archangel Michael specifically and your legion of light to encircle our sacred and safe space with your blue sword of fire so that you may now be protected as you do your work of spiritual connection.

And very clearly we say very specifically that we wish to only work with the highest and the best in loving light and wisdom as vibrational being.

Should anything be attracted to the spiritual and sacred space that you have now created for yourself that is not of the highest and the best in loving light and wisdom.

And I ask that you Archangel Michael remove it immediately so that the people doing their spiritual work now may be free from harm and destruction above them,

Below them,

Inside their space,

Outside their space and all around them.

And so it be.

The sacred space has been created.
