Settling into stillness and gently closing the eyes.
On your own,
Taking a few deep settling breaths.
Letting go of your day.
And so in this meditation,
We will learn how to get unstuck.
As humans,
It's easy to feel stuck.
But we're only stuck if we judge our path.
We humans love to be in a rush trying to complete things as quickly as we can.
We think I should be healed by now.
Or I should have the promotion by now.
Or I should be in the relationship by now.
We criticize our own journey rather than honoring where we are on our path.
We have to realize there is no by now.
There is only now.
So when we feel stuck,
Let us take a breath.
And realize there's nowhere we're supposed to be except exactly where we are.
So with each breath realizing we are exactly where we're supposed to be.
With each breath softening into where you are on this journey of life.
With each breath letting go of how we think things are supposed to be.
We soften into now with kindness,
With spaciousness,
With ease.
We are exactly where we are supposed to be.
So breathing in,
Aware of your journey.
And breathing out softening,
Knowing you are where you're supposed to be.
Breathing in,
Aware of your journey.
Breathing out softening to where you are.
Letting go of our by now stories.
And softening into the now.
Softening into the present moment.
Beginning to trust in life.
Beginning to trust in our unfolding.
You are exactly where you're supposed to be.
Not stuck,
Just being.
Loving the journey.
Letting go of the stories and ideas that tell us that we should be somewhere other than now.
You are exactly where you're supposed to be.
Taking a few more conscious breaths here.
Wiggling the fingers and the toes coming back to the body.
Coming out of practice and opening the eyes when you're ready.
