Welcome,
Thank you for joining me.
This meditation will help you to relax and take you on a deeply nourishing journey to a beautiful place.
We are all born with an amazing imagination and I invite you to please tap into this for this meditation.
You may like to either try to picture this journey in your mind as it unfolds or simply imagine that you are there.
Finding your spot on your comfy chair or lying down in a cozy warm place and making yourself as comfortable as you can.
Gently closing your eyes,
Becoming aware of the sounds around you and allowing any external sounds to help you to relax more and more.
Softly basing your hands on your belly,
Gently connecting to your breath and your body.
Noticing the rise and fall of your chest and your belly as you breathe.
Noticing the subtle pause in between every inhale and exhale.
Enjoying the tiny moments of stillness in between each new breath.
Imagine you're sitting or lying down on a patch of the softest greenest grass in the middle of a beautiful garden that is filled with all of your favorite flowers.
You can smell their subtle fragrance as they sweeten the warm breeze.
The sky is clear and the bluest of blues and the sun is warm on your skin.
You slowly stroll through the garden,
Feeling more and more relaxed with each step that you take.
As you start to look around you see a large lake with giant green lily pads floating on top.
Each one is adorned with colorful lotus flowers.
You pause to watch large white swans gracefully gliding across the surface,
Majestically craning their heads as if trying to catch a glimpse of the beautiful reflections mirrored back to them by the water.
A curved white bridge leads to a tiny island in the middle of the lake that has a small building.
You cross the bridge and walk towards the tiny building that lies within.
Beautiful colors bounce off every surface,
Creating a magical play of light across the water as it glistens with rainbow colors in the sun.
As you get closer you can see that the building is actually a tiny pink temple.
It has intricate carvings,
Large pillars supporting the steep pitch of the roof,
And it has two large stairs leading in and two leading out the other side.
You can feel the energy of this tiny little temple enticing you to come in.
You touch the surface and notice how cool and smooth it feels beneath your skin,
And realize that the entire temple has been carved out of the most exquisite rose quartz.
You can see a message etched into both of the crystal stairs that is just for you to repeat back to yourself as you enter the temple.
You climb the first step and your message for you says,
I am worthy.
Your message on the second step says,
I am beautiful.
You walk across the cool crystal floor and climb onto a large day lounge in the center of the temple.
You begin to notice a gentle tingling on your skin as the rose quartz gently goes about its healing work,
Effortlessly infusing its way into all of the cells in your body.
Picturing a beautiful expansive soft rose pink ball of light flowing into your body through the crown of your head,
Softening,
Relaxing,
Healing and protecting you as it weaves its way down in through your face.
Soft pink light easing its way in through the millions of tiny balls on your skin.
Feeling it relaxing,
Softening and melting each part of you as it travels through your shoulders,
Allowing them to relax a little further away from your ears,
Down into your arms,
Into your hands and fingers.
Soft warm pink light melting and easing all of the tiny muscles inside your back and your chest oozing all the way deep down into your belly like soft warm honey,
Relaxing each part of you as it travels down into your hips,
Down into your legs and all the way to your feet and into all of your toes.
Feel your heart ever so gently start to soften as the ball of light infuses its way into your beautiful heart space.
Your heart starts to warm as it gently opens in this safe sacred place.
Your whole body is completely immersed in this beautiful loving energy.
You are being held like the warmest most loving embrace from soft velvety angel wings holding you,
Loving you and protecting you.
Bask in this beautiful feeling.
Every fiber of your being is protected.
For the next few moments bring all of your awareness to your beautiful heart as it opens.
Listen closely to what is inside your heart.
How do you feel?
What is your heart's deepest desire and what can you do to honor what is in your heart?
To honor you.
It's time to leave the temple.
You walk towards a gorgeous crystal tablet and a pen on a small stand beside the door.
You are invited to use the special pen to write down anything that you no longer need in your life.
It can be an old feeling,
Old worry,
Fear or belief that you would like to let go of.
Absolutely anything at all that is no longer serving you.
Take your time.
You take the pen and begin to write and allow the words to simply flow from your heart and out onto the tablet.
Take a look at what you've written and watch as the tablet and the details of what you no longer want to carry forward begin to crumble before your eyes and turn into beautiful glittery specks of dust.
Watch as they fall to the floor and the warm breeze sweeps through the temple,
Lifts them all up and blows them all away.
You walk out into the sunshine reading your new affirmations on the two stairs as you leave,
Repeating each one back to yourself.
You take the first step down and your message says,
I will love and honor myself.
The final step has space for you to create your very own affirmation,
Starting with the words I am.
Take some deep breaths in and out as you leave this sacred place.
You are feeling light,
Happy and relaxed.
You can hear the birds and feel the sunlight on your skin as you slowly cross back over the bridge.
Having one last smell of the beautiful flowers before you settle back down into your patch of soft green grass.
Slowly bring your awareness into your body and feeling your body on the surface below you.
Starting to pay attention to the sensations in your fingers and toes as you give them a gentle wiggle.
Stretching out and taking some slow full breaths in and out and coming all the way back into the space.
Opening your eyes when you feel ready.
