Confidence To Manifest Abundance

This guided meditation is designed to infuse your mind, body, and soul with the confidence to manifest abundance. You have the potential to attract and receive the wealth, money, worth, and everything you need both material and spiritual to feel safe, secure, happy, fulfilled, and free.
The limits of your own mind and beliefs may be limiting this potential. The meditation builds you with feelings of wealth, growth, and self-worth, to feel rich from within and have the confidence for abundance.

Transcript

Take a deep breath in and out.

Gently close your eyes.

Feel your eyelids become heavier and heavier.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in through your feet.

Pull the breath up through your legs,

Your sacral area.

Feel your belly and chest to your head.

And as you breathe out,

Breathe out down through your body,

Through your feet and back into the earth.

Breathe in again,

Up through your body,

Through your feet.

And as you breathe out,

Feel your body getting more and more.

With every breath you take,

You are feeling your comfort able to go deeper.

With each and every breath you take,

As you breathe out,

Your shoulders drop.

You feel release in your hands as you're opening up your palms.

Soften your jaw,

Relax your forehead and turn your eyes down beneath their lids,

Looking down,

Resting in the moment,

This moment.

And continue breathing at a pace that is a comfort able for you.

And imagine now that you are floating up,

Up,

Up into the sky nice and high.

And in front of you,

You see a ladder.

It's a strong,

Sturdy ladder made of the most beautiful,

Softly worn,

Smooth wood.

You go over to the ladder and you start to climb down,

Down,

Down,

Step by step,

Rung by rung into the quiet,

Warm darkness.

You can see the soft,

Warm earth beneath you,

Just a few rungs away,

Lit by beautiful shafts of light from above.

You take the 10th rung,

Stepping down.

The 9th rung,

Going deeper and deeper.

The 8th rung,

The 7th rung,

Easily moving down the ladder.

The 6th rung,

Down,

Down.

The 5th rung,

Going deeper still.

The 4th rung,

You are almost there.

The 3rd rung,

Your feet drop down.

The 2nd rung,

You step down onto the earth and let go of the 1st rung,

Safely landing on the warm,

Soft ground beneath you.

You are in a lovely,

Warm cave with many gorgeous openings up high,

Letting in air and light and dancing off the lovely rock walls.

In front of you,

You see a door,

A big,

Metal,

Black,

Iron door,

Carved with the most beautiful swirls and leaves and trees and flowers.

There is a big,

Black,

Iron ring and you touch the warm iron and turn it over and lever the metal bar,

Stepping into your unconscious.

You are in a treasure cave,

Around you are coins and jewels and statues and trinkets,

All sparkling and glistening in the magical light.

Chests lie open,

Filled to the brim with overflowing wealth.

The air smells rich,

Laden with sweet fragrances and potential.

Flowering shrubs and trees are dotted throughout the cave,

Growing,

Fruiting with magical flowers and fruits that sparkle and shine.

Golden pears,

Apples,

Oranges,

Lemons and berries.

Milk and honey sit in pots alongside nectars and ambrosias and manna from heaven.

You see three niches on the far right wall,

Each with a beautiful gilt frame inside.

You walk across to the first niche,

Standing in front,

Seeing the space in the frame shimmer.

You see a picture appear in the frame.

A time when you felt wealthy,

That's right,

A time when you felt so much wealth,

You had the money to do what you wanted,

What you needed,

What you desired and the power to spend it how you like.

You had wealth and the decision to spend for you and spend for you,

You did.

As you look at that picture,

It comes out of the frame before you and you step into that time,

Right into that time.

You see what you saw,

Hear what you heard and really feel the feelings of being utterly and totally wealthy.

And as you look around you,

You feel those feelings of wealth getting stronger as the colours become brighter and more vibrant around you,

As the light swirls around you and the most beautiful sounds are around you.

You feel that feeling of wealth growing inside you,

Welling inside you.

It's a 7 out of 10,

It's getting stronger inside you,

That feeling of absolute abundance and wealth growing inside you.

It's an 8 out of 10,

It gets stronger inside you,

It's a 9 out of 10,

Building inside you like a volcano.

And as it hits that 10 out of 10,

You step out of the picture and the picture goes back into the frame and you walk to the next niche.

And as you walk to the next niche,

You stand in front of the niche and you see the space inside the frame shimmer and you see a picture in the frame.

A time when you felt growth.

A time when you knew that you were growing.

A time when you knew that you can grow anything that you want and need.

That the seed of belief that you plant inside you is all that you need to grow and manifest anything that you want in your life.

That's right.

A time when you felt so much growth,

When you felt there was so much potential inside you and it was just you who needed to tap into it and grow.

And as you look at that picture,

It comes out of the frame before you and you step into that time,

Right into that time.

You see what you saw,

Hear what you heard and really feel the feelings of being totally and utterly growing.

And around you,

The colors become more beautiful and vibrant.

They're sparkling around you,

Glowing around you.

The sounds are so beautiful around you and the feeling of growth is building inside you.

It's growing inside you.

It's building up inside you.

It gets stronger and stronger inside you,

Starting in your feet and lifting up through your whole body.

It's an 8 out of 10.

It's getting stronger inside you.

That feeling of growth,

That feeling of knowing that you can grow anything that you want and need building inside you.

It's a 9 out of 10.

It's growing inside you,

Building inside you,

Bursting inside you.

And as it hits that 10 out of 10,

You step out of the picture and the picture goes back into the frame and back into the niche.

And you step away from the second niche and you walk over to the third niche,

The last niche in the wall.

And as you walk over to the niche,

Standing in front of the third niche,

Seeing the space in the frame shimmer and you start to see a picture in the frame.

You see a picture of a time when you felt self-worth.

That's right.

A time when you had so much self-worth,

So much self-esteem,

The love that you felt for yourself,

The love that you had inside you for yourself was so strong.

That's right.

You go back to that time.

You see that time in the picture and you know that you have the ability to receive that self-worth,

To accept that self-worth.

And you see that time.

And as you look at the picture,

It comes out of the frame before you and you step into that time,

Right into that time.

You see what you saw,

Hear what you heard and really feel the feelings of being totally and utterly self-worthy.

And as you feel that self-worth growing inside you,

Building inside you,

It's almost like it's washing itself up inside you.

This beautiful feeling of self-worth getting stronger and stronger.

It's a five out of ten.

You can feel that self-love growing inside you as it warms your heart and spreads through your whole body.

It's a seven out of ten.

It's growing stronger inside you.

It's a nine out of ten.

That self-worth is going and flowing through your whole body now.

And as it hits the ten out of ten,

You step out of the picture.

You step out of the picture and it goes back into the frame.

And now you're feeling confidence through your whole body.

And you turn and in the middle of the treasure cave,

There is a shaft of brilliant gold and silver.

And you see that gold and silver shaft of brilliant gold light beaming down into the middle of the cave.

And you step into that shaft of golden light.

And when you step into that shaft of golden light,

You see a picture of a time when you were totally confident.

When you knew that you could manifest anything that you wanted.

When you knew that abundance was in your fingertips.

That picture of a time when you were totally confident.

And as you step into that picture,

Right into that picture,

And you see around you everything that you saw and hear everything that you heard and really feel the feelings of being totally and absolutely confident.

And as you look around you,

That confidence builds inside you.

It grows inside you.

It wells inside you.

It's an eight out of ten.

It's getting stronger inside you now.

It's a nine out of ten.

That confidence is building up inside you.

As it hits the ten out of ten,

You let go of the picture.

And you let the picture sit in that beautiful shaft of light.

And you know,

You know that you have the confidence now inside you.

And you cross the treasure cave on the soft warm earth.

You walk back to the iron door.

You push through the door.

And you step back onto your ladder.

And as you step onto your ladder,

You climb.

You climb with confidence up the smooth,

Soft,

Wooden rungs.

With each rung,

You lift yourself and your potential for abundance and wealth grows inside you.

The confidence to manifest abundance.

You have reached the final three top rungs,

Feeling the sun on your face as you lift up into the bright blue sky.

And on the count of three,

You are fully present and awake.

And back to now.
