Welcome to your meditation,

The Beauty of Boundaries.

Let's take a moment just to find a comfortable seat.

Allow yourself to land and just gently close the eyes.

Begin to notice that natural rhythm of the breath as it moves in and out of the body.

And then bringing your awareness to the breath and begin to deepen your inhale.

So gently drawing that inhale in through the nose.

Feeling the coolness of the air draw in as you fill the lungs.

And just exhale slowly through the mouth,

Releasing any tension within the body.

Again,

Taking that big,

Deep inhale in through the nose.

Feeling the cool air enter the lungs.

The ribs expand,

The lungs expand as they're filling.

Feeling the edges of your being.

And then slowly exhale out through the mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Beautiful.

Now settling into that natural rhythm of your breath.

Feeling that gentle rise and fall.

Coolness as you draw the breath in.

And that warmth as you exhale.

Begin to visualize a warm and glowing light surrounding you.

With each breath,

Allowing this light to expand.

This light representing your essence and your unique gifts.

With each breath,

This light getting brighter.

This light is your energy,

Your sensitivity,

Your intuition.

And take a moment here to just acknowledge how these qualities make you special.

It's like a superpower that connects you deeply to yourself,

But also to others.

Just breathing here,

Allowing that light to become expansive.

Expansive but clear.

Really envisioning that line of energy around you.

Now reflect on the concept of boundaries.

And picture them not as a rigid wall,

But as a soft,

Flexible line.

A line that outlines your energy and also your needs.

These boundaries are protective,

Yet inviting.

Allowing you to remain accessible while keeping your well-being intact.

So as you inhale,

Envision yourself drawing strength from this understanding.

With each exhale,

Releasing any fear of putting yourself first or of rocking the boat.

And remind yourself that setting boundaries is a powerful expression of self-love.

Again,

Allowing your awareness to reside within the breath and feel any guilt or hesitation.

Just dissolve with your exhale.

With each exhale,

You're making space for that confidence to emerge.

Knowing that you're worthy of prioritizing your needs and honoring your limits.

Knowing that it's okay to say no.

To ask for more time,

More space,

Or more stillness.

Knowing deeply that your voice matters and that you have a right to express it.

Consider how setting boundaries can allow all parts of you to be seen and heard.

Imagine this light within you shining brighter as you take this courageous step.

Illuminating the gifts that you bring to the world.

With your next few breaths,

Reinforce your intention to practice healthy boundaries in your everyday life.

Inhaling confidence.

Exhaling any fear.

Visualize the respect you create within yourself and within your relationships as you honor your limits.

Again,

Coming back to that vision of that beautiful light surrounding you.

Imagining that light expanding as you inhale.

Gently softening as you exhale.

Gently coming back into the physical body and bringing awareness to the fingers and the toes as you bring in a little bit of movement.

Taking a moment to bring gratitude to the self for showing up today.

As you carry this sense of empowerment with you as you move throughout your day.

May you embrace your sensitivity and let your light shine brightly.
