Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your nose or your mouth,

Brilliant! I only very recently discovered you and the 🍅 method and I’m loving it. I did like the sound of you typing on your other track but thought I’d try this rainy one. Loved it. I ran it three times and got a lot done - I’m really pleased. I have my yoga mat rolled out alongside my desk so I did a few stretches and asanas in the five-minute breaks. I’ll be back to this and the tip-tap typing one again and again. Namaste 🙏🏽
