Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Laya and this is a space to invite you to connect to the cyclical nature of life as you release blockages and reconnect to a sense of flow as you realigned yourself with the energy of the new moon.
Find a quiet place where you can sit down or lie down.
Soften your gaze or close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Expand your belly,
Your ribcage,
Your chest.
Hold at the top and let it go.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
As you start to notice how you feel and to arrive here,
Take a moment to connect to the energy of the new moon.
It is the energy of letting go of the things that have run their course,
Perhaps habits or routines,
Relationships,
Work.
Whatever it is that no longer serves you can now be put down.
It is also a time to be grateful for what you have,
For how far you've come,
For how blessed you are.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
As you feel ready,
You can either listen to these affirmations or if you rather you can repeat them after me.
I release what no longer serves me to make space for new beginnings.
I let go of stories and limitations that are holding me back.
I release the old and heavy.
I embrace the new and fresh.
I make space for love,
Abundance and prosperity to flow through me and around me.
I plant intentional seeds throughout my inner and outer worlds.
I am open to the sacred nature of life and free my mind of resistance.
I am fearless in the pursuit of what sets my soul on fire.
My spirit is overflowing with joy,
Peace,
Love and understanding.
Ase,
And so it is.
Deep breath in through your nose.
Let it go.
Talk to all your dreams,
All your intentions,
All that you've been,
All that you are,
All that you will be.
Take a moment of gratitude and once you feel ready,
Start to open your eyes,
Come back into the room that you're in and go on with your day.
