So I invite you to look around.

Comfortable and at peace.
And really looking around,
Up to the sky,
To the bright sunlight,
Feeling the winds coming now down,
Looking down to the floor,
The carpet and leaves,
Connected with some leaves,
Some branches,
Activate your touch,
Activate your smell,
Activate your senses.
Feeling also the air coming through your nose,
With a long in-breath,
And even longer out-breath.
Do that for a few rounds,
To the moment you feel really you are settled down,
You arrive in the space where you feel safe,
Comfortable.
Let's now connect to the body sensation.
How does your body react,
Respond to this environment where you are?
And I invite you to connect more with the pleasant sensation that starts happening in your body,
A sense of calm,
A sense of openness,
A sense of feeling grounded,
Feeling pleasant,
Or maybe just neutral,
That's fine.
You may also sense there is a part of the body,
That feels more than the other,
The sensation of feeling settled,
Grounded,
Feeling safe.
You might connect with that part of the body through your inner smile,
Or your touch of your hand over that part,
In order to say,
Yes,
I know,
I feel that,
I know,
I hear.
And let's say when you connect with that,
You get that sensation connected with you,
What is coming out.
Maybe a new sensation of pleasure,
A new kind of lightness,
Some more calm,
Some more peace,
A sense also belonging to the environment you are set to yourself now,
Belonging to this beautiful natural environment,
But also to your beautiful indoor natural environment.
I'm feeling now that really the connection is expanding a little bit,
And you literally can expand your chest,
Your shoulder,
Feel a little taller in your posture.
You might also stretch out your legs in order to expand all the dimension of your body into the space,
And feel like,
Yes,
I feel I belong to it,
I feel I feel safe to be with that.
Sense of freedom,
Release,
The movement of the belly expanding a little bit,
The movement of the lungs,
Let's come into a closure of a practice by providing appreciation to yourself,
To your body,
To your mind,
To your soul,
As being with you in this short time of organic recalibration,
When you find the resources that you need,
When you feel unsettled,
Anxious,
Angry,
Fearful.
How to settle into this part of my intelligence,
My wisdom,
Providing me calm,
Peace,
Release.
Place your hands over that.
Feeling really the energy coming from the earth,
Protecting you,
Supporting you indiscriminately anytime.
And gently,
Whenever you and your body,
Your mind,
Your soul feel ready to step out of this work,
And reminding to yourself that you can come back to them anytime.
It's a kind of encore for yourself.

Settle in touching with your hands,
The carpets,

And feel the connection with the earth.
