Kylie was first introduced to yoga in her late teens at a local Buddhist monastery near where she grew up, yoga was offered in one of the halls. This early experience sparked a lifelong curiosity that led her to explore Eastern practices, including Ayurveda. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2006 and has since undertaken more than 700 additional hours of study in Yoga and Ayurveda. Drawing on both knowledge and heart, Kylie shares practices that inspire presence, ease, and connection. Serving others through yoga and meditation is her greatest joy. Based in a small coastal town in North West Australia, she is continually inspired by the ocean, nature, and the community she shares with her teenage son. Her offerings are grounded, soulful, and created to support others in finding balance on the mat to live a more harmonious life.
