Meditation Timer OnlineKrista is passionate about making mindfulness and self-compassion practices accessible for everyone. She has a uniquely wired neurodivergent ADHD brain, and she understands how some traditional mindfulness practices don’t work for everyone. Her own journey with exploring mindfulness and self-compassion practices has inspired her to create guided practices that support and empower others to discover what works best for them. Krista’s guided practices blend together her knowledge of brain-body science and neurodiversity with her training in teaching trauma-sensitive mindfulness & self-compassion. Krista is a certified mindfulness teacher from completing the 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She also has completed Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher Training Course. Along with being a mindfulness teacher, Krista also is an occupational therapist and ADHD coach, supporting kids, teens and adults with uniquely-wired neurodivergent brains for over 20 years.
