Let's just do a simple meditation together and get cozy,

Comfy,

Settle in.

You know me,

Because it's a meditation,

I would prefer that you're not driving and you're just in a calm,

Safe space.

And for this meditation,

You can absolutely be sitting in an office chair or whatnot.

It just,

It's just a moment.

It's really just a quick moment.

So thanks for being here.

Thanks for choosing in and I just want you to take a deep breath with me and then let it out.

And again,

All the way into the belly.

Nice deep breath before you let it out.

Take another deep cleansing breath up through your nose.

And as you're releasing that,

Just know that you are amazing.

So take another nice deep breath in.

Let it out.

You are strong.

Keep breathing those deep breaths.

And out.

Being here in the moment with me.

And in.

And out.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Keep breathing.

Giving yourself that added love and support.

Breathing and letting go of everything else.

Keep your breath here in this moment.

Maybe there's a mantra you want to add with this next breath.

I am.

What word would you fill in?

Repeat it.

Breathe in.

I am.

Yeah.

Take another breath and another one.

Go as long as you need to.

And I look forward to being with you again next week here.
