You can absolutely be sitting in an office chair or whatnot.

It's really just a quick moment.
So thanks for being here.
Thanks for choosing in and I just want you to take a deep breath with me and then let it out.

All the way into the belly.
Nice deep breath before you let it out.
Take another deep cleansing breath up through your nose.
And as you're releasing that,
Just know that you are amazing.
So take another nice deep breath in.
Let it out.
You are strong.
Keep breathing those deep breaths.
And out.
Being here in the moment with me.
And in.
And out.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Keep breathing.
Giving yourself that added love and support.
Breathing and letting go of everything else.
