Welcome.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for taking this time for yourself.
For the next little while,
There's nowhere else that you need to be.
Nothing you need to fix.
Nothing you need to figure out.
You are allowed to simply rest.
You are allowed to soften.
You are allowed to let your mind drift somewhere far away from the noise of the world.
So begin by finding a comfortable position.
Let your body settle.
Let your shoulders loosen.
Let your hands rest wherever they feel natural.
When you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in.
And let it out.
Again.
Breathe in softly.
And exhale fully.
Let the room around you begin to fade.
Just a little.
Not gone.
Just quieter.
Softer.
Less important for now.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body.
Feel how you do not have to hold yourself up in this moment.
You are being held.
You are allowed to let go.
Let your jaw soften now.
Let your forehead smooth.
Let the space between your eyebrows relax.
Let your tongue rest gently in your mouth.
And let your chest open without effort.
Let your belly become soft.
Let your legs grow heavy.
And let your feet release.
And now.
Imagine that the air around you begins to change.
It becomes cooler at first.
Fresh.
Still.
Almost like the world before sunrise.
There is a hush around you now.
A quietness that feels sacred.
And somewhere far in the distance.
You hear the faintest sound.
A low gentle rumble.
Soft at first.
Almost like thunder far beyond the hills.
But it is not thunder.
It is a train.
A beautiful old train.
Moving through unseen places of the world.
A train that's not belonged to any ordinary station.
A train that comes only when the soul is ready to travel somewhere peaceful.
Somewhere wondrous.
Somewhere impossible and beautiful.
The sound grows closer.
Not loud.
Not startling.
Just study.
Rhythmic.
Comforting.
Like a heartbeat made of iron and starlight.
And now you find yourself standing on a quiet platform beneath a velvet sky.
The platform is old and beautiful.
Made of smooth stone that glows faintly beneath your feet.
There are lanterns hanging from curved black posts.
Each one holding a soft silver flame.
Beyond the platform,
There are no city streets.
No crowds.
No noise.
Only mist,
Stars,
And the open night.
The air smells clean here.
Like rain on stone.
Like cedar.
Like the faint sweetness of flowers blooming somewhere beyond the dark.
You look down the tracks and see a light appearing through the mist.
Warm.
Golden white.
Growing closer.
And then the train arrives.
It slows down before you with a graceful sigh.
As though it has traveled across dreams to find you.
The train is a deep midnight blue,
Almost black.
With silver detailing along its sides.
Tiny lights glow in the windows.
The wheels shimmer as if touched by moonlight.
There is something elegant about it.
Something timeless.
Something that feels like it has carried many tired souls.
Into places of beauty and brought them gently home again.
A door opens.
Warm light spills onto the platform.
You step inside.
The moment you enter,
You feel the softness of the space.
The train car is quiet and lovely.
The seats are deep and comfortable.
Covered in dark velvet that feels soft beneath your hands.
Small lamps glow along the walls.
The windows are wide and clear.
A gentle warmth surrounds you.
Like the inside of a beautiful winter cabin,
Though outside the stars are endless.
You would choose a seat by the window.
You settle in.
And as soon as your body rests,
The train begins to move.
Slowly at first.
In smoothly.
The platform drifts away behind you.
The silver lanterns become smaller and smaller.
Mist curls around the tracks.
And the train carries you forward.
You do not need to know where you're going.
You only need to allow yourself to be taken there.
Outside the window,
The world begins to change.
The dark landscape opens into rolling hills beneath a sky filled with stars.
Then the stars become brighter.
Closer.
As though the train is moving not across the earth,
But between worlds.
You see soft clouds below the tracks now.
Pale and luminous.
You see distant mountains made of shadow and moonlight.
You see rivers,
Far below,
That shine like ribbons of glass.
The movement of the train is gentle.
Rocking soothing.
Back and forth,
Back and forth.
Every breath carries you deeper into calm.
Every turn of the wheels carries you farther from the weight of ordinary things.
The lamps flicker softly.
The velvet seat holds you.
The window glows beside you.
And you'll let yourself drift.
For a few moments,
There is only the sound of the train.
Only the quiet rhythm.
Only the feeling of being carried.
And then slowly,
The darkness outside begins to brighten.
Not like morning exactly.
Something softer.
Pearled light spreading across the horizon.
The stars remain above you,
But now the sky is filled with color.
Lavender,
Silver,
Rose,
Blue so pale it seems almost made of breath.
And then colors you do not know how to name.
Colors that do not exist in ordinary life.
Colors that seem to be made from light.
Music,
Water,
And memory.
The train begins to slow.
Ahead you see a station appearing.
It stands in the middle of a vast meadow.
No towns around it.
No roads.
Only flowers.
Endless flowers.
The station is small and beautiful,
Made of pale stone and arched windows.
Vines climb along its walls.
Covered in tiny glowing blossoms.
Lanterns swing gently from the roofline,
Though there is no wind.
The train comes to a stop.
The doors open.
And warm,
Fragrant air flows in.
You stand.
You step down from the train.
And the moment your feet touch the platform.
You know you have arrived somewhere unlike anywhere you have ever seen.
The Paradise Realm.
Place beyond hurry.
Beyond heaviness.
Beyond the dullness of the everyday world.
Place made for wonder.
You step away from the station and onto a narrow path of smooth white stones.
The stones are warm beneath your feet.
Even through your shoes.
On either side of the path.
The meadow stretches farther than your eyes can follow.
Flowers move gently in the breeze.
These are not flowers from the world you know.
Some rise tall and elegant.
With petals like folded silk.
Some are tiny and bright,
Scattered like jewels through the grass.
And some glow softly from within.
Some open and close as though breathing.
And some hold colors that have no names here.
A blue that feels like a song.
A pink that feels like laughter.
A silver green that reminds you of moonlight touching water.
A violet that seems to hold both dusk and dawn inside of it.
In a golden shade so soft.
It does not feel like gold at all.
But like warmth remembered from a dream.
And others beyond description.
Colors your eyes understand,
Even though your mind has no words for them.
The air is full of scent.
Sweet blossoms.
Rain-kissed grass.
Warm earth.
Clean water.
And something like ripe fruit.
Carried from far away.
Something like fresh petals warmed by the first light of morning.
You breathe it in.
Slowly.
Deeply.
And it feels as though your whole body is drinking in beauty.
The meadow hums softly.
Not a sound you hear with your ears exactly.
More like a vibration in the air.
Gentle aliveness.
As though every flower Every blade of grass and every drop of dew is quietly singing.
You begin to walk.
There is no need to rush.
This place does not ask anything from you.
It only invites you to notice.
So you wander.
Slowly.
Gently.
Following the white stone path as it curves through the meadow.
The grass brushes softly along the edges of the trail.
Tiny lights drift above the flowers like fireflies.
But slower and brighter.
More graceful.
They move as though they are dancing to music too soft for the human ear.
Ahead the meadow opens wider.
You see a stream winding through it.
Clear as crystal.
The water is so pure,
It looks almost unreal.
It carries reflections of the sky,
The flowers,
And the floating lights,
Blending them together into ribbons of color.
You walk toward it.
The sound of the stream reaches you first.
Soft.
Gentle over stone.
You kneel beside it or simply stand close and watch the water move.
At the bottom of the stream are smooth stones in shades of pearl,
Blue,
Green,
Lavender,
And translucent white.
The water glides over them,
Cool,
Bright,
Alive.
Along the banks grow flowers shaped like stars.
Their petals glowing faintly at the edges.
Long grasses bend over the water,
Silver-tipped and graceful.
A few small creatures moved near the stream,
Peaceful and unafraid.
Perhaps a white deer with eyes like soft amber.
Perhaps a tiny fox with the fur the color of cream and smoke.
Perhaps birds with long trailing feathers that shimmer as they fly low over the water.
Nothing here startles.
Nothing here hides from you.
Everything belongs.
Everything moves gently.
You followed the stream for a while.
The path keeps pace beside it.
The world here seems endless,
But not overwhelming.
It feels spacious in a way that lets you breathe.
The sky above is magnificent.
Not simply blue.
Not simply pink.
It is layered with luminous color.
Pearl clouds drift slowly across it,
Their edges glowing.
Far above,
You can still see faint stars,
Even though the realm is filled with light.
The sun,
If there is a sun,
Is being hidden somewhere beyond the horizon.
Pouring warmth into everything without being seen.
You continue walking.
After a while,
The meadow rises into a gentle hill.
At the top you see a grove of trees.
They are tall and graceful,
With pale trunks smooth as stone,
And leaves that shimmer between silver,
Green,
And blue.
Some leaves are transparent at the edges.
Some catch the light and scatter it like tiny mirrors.
Some fall slowly from the branches.
But before they touch the ground.
They dissolve into sparks.
You walk into the grove.
The temperature changes slightly.
Cooler beneath the trees.
Shaded.
Peaceful.
The air smells different here.
Like moss.
Like clean bark.
Like blossoms hidden in the branches above.
Light filters through the leaves and moves across the ground in shifting patterns.
You can hear the stream nearby.
But softer now.
You can hear birds calling from somewhere high above you.
Their songs are unlike any ordinary bird song.
Long,
Clear notes,
Almost like flutes.
Almost like bells made of water.
You walk deeper into the grove and find a place where the trees form a natural archway.
Beyond the arch there is a garden.
A hidden garden.
You step through.
The garden is enclosed by flowering vines and low stone walls covered in moss.
There are paths winding in all directions.
Each one lined with blossoms.
And lantern-like blooms.
Some flowers hang upside down like little glowing cups.
Some curl open as you pass.
Revealing centers bright as stars.
Some grow in clusters that look like tiny galaxies.
In the center of the garden is a fountain.
Not tall or grand.
Just beautiful.
Carved from pale stone with water spilling softly from one shallow bowl into another.
The water catches the light and turns it into color.
Lavender,
Rose,
Aquamarine.
You sit near the fountain for a moment or stand beside it.
Or trail your fingers lightly through the cool water.
There is nothing you must receive here.
The beauty is enough.
The sound of the water is enough.
The fragrance of the garden is enough.
This moment is enough.
You let yourself simply be here.
Breathing,
Listening,
Looking,
Feeling the softness of this place.
After a while,
You rise and continue wandering.
A small path leads out of the garden and over a delicate bridge.
The bridge arches across the stream,
Made of smooth white wood or stone,
With tiny lights glowing along its rail.
As you cross it,
You look down and see the water passing beneath you.
The reflection of the sky looks like another world below.
For a moment,
It feels as though you are standing between two heavens,
One above,
One below,
And both are quiet.
Both are beautiful.
On the other side of the bridge,
The meadow changes again.
The flowers grow taller here.
Some reach your waist.
Some reach your shoulders.
They sway around you in slow waves.
The colors are even stranger now.
More luminous.
More alive.
Some petals look like they are made of sunset mist.
Some look like they were painted with moonlight.
Some shift as you look at them.
Changing from one impossible shade to another.
You move carefully through them and they part gently around you as if making room.
The path is softer here,
Almost like moss beneath your feet.
The air warms.
Scent of blossoms deep inside.
You hear the low hum again.
Richer now.
Like the whole meadow is breathing.
And then you see an open space ahead.
A wide clearing.
In the center of it is a pond.
Still.
Round.
Perfect.
Its surface is smooth as glass,
Reflecting the sky in all its impossible colors.
Around the pond grow willow-like trees with long glowing branches that dip toward the water.
Their leaves trail down like threads of light.
Petals float across the pond surface.
Not many,
Just enough to move slowly with a faint breeze.
You walk to the edge and sit down.
The ground is soft beneath you.
The air is warm.
The pond is silent,
Except for the occasional ripple.
Across the water,
A group of luminous birds stand among the reeds.
Their bodies are white,
But their wings shimmer with pale color.
They move slowly and gracefully,
Dipping their beaks into the water.
Lifting their heads,
Listening to the world.
You take the sin,
The pond.
The trees,
The sky.
The beautiful flowers.
Soft,
Living,
Quiet sleep.
And you give yourself permission.
To stay here for a little while.
No lesson.
No task.
No work.
Just wonder.
Just presence.
Just the feeling of being in a place so beautiful.
It asks nothing of you.
Pause here.
Let your imagination wander.
Maybe you walk around the pond.
Maybe you lie back in the soft grass and look up at the sky.
Maybe you watch the glowing branches move above you.
Maybe you listen to the water.
Maybe you notice the flowers nearest to you and the colors that seem to shift with your breath.
This place belongs to your imagination.
You may explore it however you wish.
There is no wrong way to be here.
There is no wrong path to follow.
Let yourself wander now.
Let the Paradise Realm show you what it wants you to see.
Perhaps you find a field beyond the pond.
Where tiny lanterns float above the grass.
Perhaps you discover a path lined with pale stones that lead to a hilltop.
Perhaps you find a tree with a wide welcoming trunk and branches full of glowing leaves.
Perhaps you come upon a place where butterflies move in slow circles.
Their wings painted with colors unknown to this world.
Let the details come gently.
Let the realm build itself around you.
Let it be more beautiful than you expected.
Let it be strange.
Let it be soft.
Let it be alive.
And now.
As you continue to wander.
The path begins to rise again.
You follow it upward through the meadow toward a hill covered in flowers.
At the top of the hill,
The world opens in every direction.
You can see so much from here.
The station far behind you,
Tiny and lovely in the distance.
The stream winding like silver through the fields.
The hidden garden nestled among the trees.
The pond reflecting the sky.
Groves,
The bridges.
The wide meadows moving gently in the breeze.
And farther beyond places you may visit another time.
A waterfall glowing in the distance.
A valley full of mist and blossoms.
A forest with leaves like stained glass.
Mountains soft and blue along the horizon.
This room is larger than one visit.
It does not need to be fully explored today.
There will always be more beauty waiting.
For now,
You stand or sit at the top of the hill and let the view fill you.
The breeze moves around you,
Warm and gentle.
It carries the scent of flowers and water.
And something sweet.
Your body feels quiet.
Your breath feels easy.
Your mind feels far away from the noise it came from.
Not because anything was forced.
But because beauty has its own kind of softness.
Wonder has its own kind of rest.
And sometimes the soul only needs to be taken somewhere breathtaking,
Somewhere tender,
Somewhere untouched.
You stay on the hill for a few more breaths,
Looking out.
Remembering the colors.
The way the world felt here.
And then far away you hear it.
The soft sound of the train.
Not rushing you.
Not pulling you away too quickly.
Just reminding you that it will be there when you are ready.
You begin to slowly walk back down the hill.
Flowers sway beside you as you pass.
The path seems familiar now.
The stream glimmers nearby.
The gardens wait quietly behind its archway.
The trees shimmer overhead.
Every part of this place feels like it is saying goodbye without sadness,
As if it knows you can return.
As if it knows paradise is not gone just because you leave it.
You cross the little bridge again.
You follow the white stone path through the meadow.
The station appears ahead.
Glowing softly beneath the luminous sky.
The train waits beside the platform.
Its windows are warm and light.
Its silver details shine gently.
The door is open.
Before stepping inside,
You turn back one more time.
You look at the meadow,
The flowers with nameless colors.
The stream,
The trees,
And the sky.
The living beauty of this impossible place.
And you let yourself remember it.
Not perfectly.
Not with effort.
Just enough.
Enough to know what exists inside of you now.
Enough to know your mind can find its way back.
You step onto the train.
You return to your velvet seat by the window.
Door closes softly.
And the train begins to move.
Slowly,
Smoothly.
The paradise realm drifts past the window.
The meadow becomes a sea of color.
The station becomes small behind you.
The lights become distant.
And still you feel calm.
Still,
You carry the fragrance of flowers.
The sound of water.
The softness of the hilltop breeze.
The train moves through the mist,
Through starlight,
Through the quiet between worlds.
You rest back into your seat.
You feel the gentle rocking again.
And forth.
Back and forth.
Carrying you home.
Breath by breath.
Moment by moment.
You begin to feel your body again.
Surface beneath you.
The room around you.
The air touching your skin.
The weight of your hands.
Heaviness of your legs.
You do not have to come back all at once.
Come back slowly.
Softly.
Bring with you only what feels beautiful.
Take a slow breath in.
.
.
And gently let it out.
Begin to move your fingers.
Maybe your toes.
Let your shoulders shift.
Let your face soften.
When you are ready,
Place one hand over your heart.
Or simply feel your breath moving through you.
Remember this,
There is a place inside you that still knows wonder.
There is a place inside you that can still be amazed.
There is a place inside you that can still wander into beauty and rest there.
And even when the world feels loud.
That place is not gone.
It is waiting,
Quietly,
Gently.
Always.
Take one more slow breath in.
.
.
And let it out.
When you feel ready.
Softly open your eyes.
Welcome back.
Namaste.
