Thank you so much for being a part of this sacred space.

It means the world to me.

This is the first healing circle in this space.

Today we're going to be doing a board release ceremony and I'm happy for you to be able to enjoy it within the privacy and the comfort of your own home,

At your own leisure,

I personally love to release cords and energetic attachments daily.

In our next meeting together,

We're going to be talking about the basics of energy.

So I will save all of the heavier information for that call,

But the reason why I clear and cut my cords and energetic attachments daily is because one,

I'm doing a lot of teaching,

I'm doing a lot of readings,

So I'm around more energy.

I also work from home,

So I have my husband,

My kids,

My niece and nephew who visit,

You know,

My in-laws who come in and out of the house.

And you know,

Energy comes from everywhere.

Everything is giving us an energetic imprint,

An energetic signal,

Whether we are receiving it or we're not.

And like me,

I'm sure a lot of you are very highly sensitive to energy,

Very empathetic.

And so the importance of cutting cords and maintaining our energetic hygiene contributes a lot to the fertility process in the conception process and as we show up in motherhood.

Because a lot of the times energy attaches to us that is not necessarily ours.

But since we're so sensitive,

Intuitive and empathetic,

We absorb it as if it's our own.

And a lot of my clients that I'm working with one-on-one,

The cord release is one of the most fundamental things I start with because I automatically see so much energy that isn't ours hanging out in our room space where we often absorb and retain energetic imprints from other people.

In our heart space,

Sometimes our heart is not open or wide enough to receive.

And today specifically,

I feel very called to especially focus and set the intention on relationships.

So this can be a relationship to a past partner,

To friends,

Family,

Ancestral.

When we are consciously conceiving,

When we are entering motherhood,

It is very important for us to be clear on our energetic hygiene and our own boundaries and maintaining those.

So when we can cut and release cords,

And I always set the intention for my healings that they happen within ease,

With harmony and with grace.

So they're not very jarring or alarming to our energetic bodies.

Because sometimes we have a lot of cords to release,

And it's just been a really beautiful tool,

Not only in my personal life and my daily practice,

But in shifting energy forward for my clients.

So that is why I do a very shortened version of this healing in my everyday practice,

Just setting the intention that I am releasing cords and any energetic attachments that is being sent to or from me through time and space.

That's basically what I set the intention every night before going to bed.

And if I'm feeling a little heavy or in between client sessions,

I make sure to cut that energy and to break those cords as well with that intention.

So again,

Cord cutting,

Cord release can be a very beneficial,

A very clearing,

Cleansing start on our healing journey so that we are releasing everything that doesn't serve us,

Everything that kind of doesn't feel like ours.

We can let go of that within our energy to create space for the things that we are actually trying to create ourselves,

But also that we are trying to hold and receive,

Which is love,

Which is peace,

Which is all of this beautiful energy that we want to use during the conception process so that we can start feeling more like ourselves,

Our soul selves,

Our true selves.

That's really important in this new earth energy of conscious motherhood and of parenting that we are our soul selves,

That we can feel so in integrity and alignment and in our authenticity that we can reclaim the parts of us that we haven't had access to before for the special children who are coming through to us because they truly are here to help us ascend as a collective and the more that we can be here in this community together sharing this wisdom,

Sharing these practices,

Then we can kind of pass those on to our children as well and this becomes a part of our spiritual toolkit that we get to use and share with our families.

So thank you again for being in the sacred space,

Whatever feels good and supportive for you right now in this moment.

Honor that.

The modality of work that I use is I'm attuned in Reiki but I also work with divine goddesses,

I'm going to be calling in your spirit guides,

Your spirit teams and your ancestors to facilitate this healing as well and I work in the quantum realm for quantum healing so that we can really shift things through quicker and again in more alignment and harmony and ease with your energetic body.

So as you get comfortable finding a position that is supportive for you today,

I invite you to gently close your eyes,

Taking a nourishing breath in,

Exhaling through the mouth,

Allowing yourself to feel supported by the seat below you,

Allowing yourself to drop from the conscious mind into the body and into the heart.

Start expanding the energy in your heart,

Visualizing a white glowing light emanating from your heart as it expands bigger and brighter,

Just allowing yourself to be fully present to be fully present in this moment,

Allowing yourself to feel truly grateful for your body as you focus on releasing any tension,

Relaxing the legs,

Relaxing the hips,

Relaxing the stomach,

Relaxing the chest,

Allowing your shoulders to relax and relaxing all of the muscles in your face,

Deepening into relaxation in your mind's eye.

Visualize yourself in your favorite place of nature.

This place of nature feels nourishing,

Feels peaceful.

You feel safe and protected here.

Take in the energy of this place of nature and find a seat wherever you are in this space.

We're going to call on a white circle of light.

This white circle of light is expanding around you in your place of nature.

And from here,

We're going to call in your healing team,

Any elevated ancestors,

And any spirit guides that are going to help facilitate this cord release for you today.

Allowing them to sit outside of this circle,

Forming another circle of love and protection around you.

And we're going to start the healing by releasing any cords that are in your body.

Start the healing by releasing any cords,

Any energetic attachments that are being sent to or from your energy that no longer serve you,

Setting the intention that this healing happen in complete balance,

Grace,

And ease.

That this healing allow you to expand into the most authentic,

Supported version of yourself.

That this healing allow you to clear and release any limiting beliefs,

Any past life,

Ancestral,

Or karmic patterns,

And behaviors,

And emotions that are stagnant,

Stuck,

Or blocked within your energy.

And we're going to release all of these cords and energetic attachments,

Feeling the weight being lifted off your energy.

And we're going to send them through time and space,

Allowing them to separate,

To release,

And to leave your energetic system no longer having any weight within your energy,

No longer pulling your energy down,

But allowing your energy to rise as these cords and attachments are releasing one by one.

And allowing any weights,

Any anchors,

Any energy within your heart that no longer serves you,

That no longer is meant to be there anymore,

Whether this energy has been placed by you,

By you,

Or someone,

Or something else,

Just allowing your heart to open and expand and release.

Clearing and releasing any wounds from past relationships,

Past lifetimes,

Any karmic,

Or ancestral beliefs,

Patterns,

And emotions that are stuck,

Stagnant,

And blocked.

Allowing them to release through time and space,

Leaving your energy one by one.

Opening up this heart energy,

Allowing it to expand to its beautiful and open self.

There are no defense mechanisms.

There are no protective measures.

It is safe for your heart to be fully open to receive the support and the deep,

Meaningful connections that you are meant to receive in this lifetime.

Freeing it from karmic and ancestral wounds that have closed off your heart space,

Allowing it to expand and expand.

Allowing this energy to fully expand throughout your being,

Activating key codes within your cellular DNA,

And offering up expansion,

Opening up your energy to receive,

To attract,

To magnetize the abundance,

Joy,

Love,

And support that you are meant to receive in this lifetime.

And allowing this heart energy,

This beautiful energy of love,

To rise to the throat,

Opening up and expanding the throat with compassion,

With kindness,

Allowing any fear,

Worry,

Or doubt to leave this space and be transmuted into hope,

Into joy,

And into optimism,

And allowing this energy to rise to the third eye,

Opening up and awakening your intuitive portal,

Awakening your visions and your dreams,

Your passions,

And allowing this channel to fully open and receive.

And then moving up to the crown and allowing the crown to open up to its highest divine potential,

Allowing the crown to be a portal to the divine,

Allowing this divine space,

This divine light to flow in and through,

Allowing yourself to receive any message,

Any insights,

Any visions that you are meant to receive at this time,

As you completely open up to the trust and surrender that your soul has been craving,

Allowing this energy to travel down to the stomach,

Opening up the solar plexus,

Providing you with this beautiful the solar plexus,

Providing you with this beautiful renewed sense of worth and of value and of security,

Allowing the space to be a receptacle of wisdom and information,

Of heightened new confidence,

As we move the energy down into the sacral,

Into the womb,

Asking that the element of water flow through this beautiful,

Beautiful space,

Inviting water in,

Inviting flow,

Inviting the divine feminine essence into this space,

And opening it up to receive pleasure,

Joy,

Abundance,

Creativity,

Allowing the space to be fully healed and transmuted,

Clearing all karmic and ancestral patterns,

Beliefs,

And emotions that might be stuck,

Blocked,

Or trapped,

Clearing them from the space,

Sending them through time,

And moving down to the roots,

And at the roots,

We allow anything that is ready to be weeded,

Uprooted,

Anything in the root system that no longer serves you,

Anything that is brittle,

Allowing it to be transmuted,

Clearing any weeds from the space,

Just allowing your root system to flow freely and openly within harmony and within balance.

And we ask any karmic and ancestral patterns,

Beliefs,

Emotions that are stuck,

Stagnant,

Or blocked,

Leave the space,

Sending them through time,

Freeing up your energetic system,

Allowing the roots to flow easily,

And call on a golden spiral to completely engulf your energy,

Clearing and releasing any outstanding cords and energetic attachments that are being sent to or from your energy,

Anything that no longer resonates,

Anything that no longer needs to surround you is just releasing one by one through time and space,

Allowing harmonious interactions,

Aligned and soul-connected energies to flow freely to you,

But protecting your energy from anything else that does not align with your values,

Your needs,

Your wants,

And desires at this time,

Releasing and clearing any karmic or ancestral patterns,

Beliefs,

Or emotions that no longer serve you at this time,

That are not meant to move forward with you on this journey,

Only aligned connections,

Interactions,

And experiences are welcome,

Shielding your energy from anything else that does not align with those values and intentions.

I invite you to take a moment in the space to to feel into the lightness of your energy,

Identifying where there may be any heaviness,

And exploring that heaviness,

Exploring those feelings that might be coming up,

And simply asking your healing team to release them,

To release any heaviness,

Any tension within your energy,

To cut cords or energetic attachments to any people that are ready to be released,

Any situations,

Any memories,

And like giant scissors coming from your healing team,

Identifying,

You know,

Where that cord might be,

Just cutting it,

And doing that as many times as you need to,

Cutting those external attachments until you feel complete.

When you are ready,

A white doorway appears in front of you.

Go ahead and step through that doorway,

Returning to your present space,

Your present time,

And your present reality.

We're going to ground your energy in through the head,

The throat,

The ears,

The nose,

And we're going to ground your energy in through the head,

The throat,

The chest,

The stomach,

The hips,

Down through each of your legs,

Growing roots from the bottom of your feet into the earth below you,

Allowing your energy to ground to the womb of the earth where you are loved,

You are supported,

And you are protected,

Taking a deep breath in,

Exhaling through the mouth.

Whenever you're ready,

I invite you to gently open your eyes.

I truly hope that was nourishing and supportive for you.
