Welcome,

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and gently exhale.

This moment is an ending and also a beginning.

You don't need to rush,

You don't need to analyse everything,

Just allow yourself to be here,

At the threshold between what was and what's about to begin.

Let your body settle,

Relax your shoulders,

Soften your jaw,

Allow your breath to become natural and easy.

As you breathe,

Imagine the past year as a long journey behind you,

Months filled with moments,

Some joyful,

Some challenging,

Some you may barely remember and some that changed you deeply.

You don't need to judge this year,

You don't need to label it as good or bad,

It was simply your year and you showed up the best you could with what you had at that time.

Take a gentle breath in and as you exhale silently say I did my best.

Now bring your awareness to your heart,

Imagine a soft warm light glowing there.

With every breath this light expands,

Creating a safe space inside you where everything is allowed to exist.

From this space gently look back at the year,

Notice the moments that brought you growth,

The lessons what shaped you,

The strength you didn't know you had until life asked you to use it.

If there were disappointments,

Unfinished goals or moments of pain,

Acknowledge them softly,

You don't need to carry them forward.

Imagine placing all the happiness of this year into your exhale,

Regrets,

Expectations,

Self-criticism,

Things that no longer belong in the next chapter.

With every breath out let them go.

Now bring to mind at least one thing from this year that you feel grateful for,

Something small or big,

A person,

A moment,

A realization,

A quiet victory.

Let gratitude fill your chest gently,

Not forced,

Not perfect,

Just honest.

Breathe gratitude in and allow it to soften you.

Now imagine yourself standing at the doorway of a new year,

The door is open,

You don't need to know exactly what's on the other side,

You only need to know how you want to feel as you step forward,

Calm,

Light,

Confident,

Free,

Peaceful,

Open.

Choose one feeling,

Let it settle into your body,

Silently repeat,

I release what no longer serves me,

I welcome what aligns with my highest good,

I trust the timing of my life.

Feel how gentle this transition can be,

There is no pressure,

No rush,

Just a quiet,

Powerful shift.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale imagine stepping into the new year,

Lighter than before,

More connected to yourself,

More open to possibility.

Rest here for a few moments,

Breathing,

Being and when you are ready slowly bring awareness back to your body,

The space around you,

The present moment.

One final breath in and a long releasing exhale.

May you carry peace with you,

May the new year meet you gently and may you remember you are always allowed to begin again.
