I am a certified life coach,
A recovered people pleaser,
Helping you become the same thing.
Today,
I want to share with you some of my favorite affirmations and mantras that help when I am in the middle of trying to set boundaries,
Speak my truth,
Own my self-worth,
And I know that they're going to help you as well.
One thing I want to encourage you to do is write them down as well.
So if you want to grab a journal,
A pen,
Favorite pen,
And there's something really powerful about writing down our affirmations as well.
It is another way to solidify how much we actually mean them,
And it taps into a different part of our brain as well when we do the writing action.
So I'm just going to begin here,
And I want you to listen really intently,
See which ones resonate with you,
Take the ones that really mean something to you,
And just keep saying them over and over and over again.
And if you want to write them down as well,
That's a beautiful thing to do as well that I mentioned earlier.
I trust my intuition and inner wisdom,
Choosing to believe in my higher power to guide me.
I get to decide who gets to have access to me and who doesn't.
My energy is precious and sacred.
My self-worth is no longer based on the opinion of others.
My job is to love people where they are at.
It's not my job to fix them or rescue them.
I do not worry about what others are doing.
Instead,
I stay focused on my own life and where I want to be.
When I hold firm to my loving,
Solid boundaries,
I gain more confidence and feel empowerment flow through me.
I acknowledge my own self-worth,
And my confidence is soaring.
I am open to receive compliments just by saying thank you.
I stop trying to make everyone like me.
I believe in myself more than I believe in anyone else.
I give myself permission to adjust my boundaries as often as needed to stay true to myself.
I will not apologize for speaking up and sharing my truth.
So the best way that these will begin to really sink beneath the neck and into the heart space is by saying them repetitively.
Get to a point where they just really feel like your truth.
And this is where writing them down will also help with that.
