While Kris' collegiate degrees are in the areas of Health, Fitness & Exercise Studies, and Psychology, she has felt the majority of her education has occurred since she attended her first silent 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in 2018. She enrolled in and completed the Mindfulness & the Eightfold Path 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Wilmington Yoga Center in North Carolina the following year. After COVID's significant impact on the world, Kris decided to fully immerse herself in programs that could aid humanity in leading healthier and more peaceful lives. In 2022, she obtained her Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and completed Heather Hayward's Guided Meditation Framework Facilitator Program. Kris' approach is authentic and love-based as she believes each individual person's success is a step toward the collective healing of the world.
