Filling your lungs.

And as you exhale slowly,

Imagine releasing some of the weight of all of the grief that you've been carrying.

Allow this breath to carry away all of the heaviness,

Even if it's just for a moment.

And let's do that again.

And let's get committed to creating compassion,

Worthiness,

And expansion today.
