Koral guides from the heart with vulnerable practices using kind, invitational language. She focuses on empowering others to find freedom within themselves. Trained by the amazing team at Canmore Counseling Yoga School in Canada, Koral is dedicated to honoring yoga's roots and showcasing how yoga is more than movement. She shares often about how to integrate yoga into everyday life to manage stress and anxiety. She has practiced yoga for over a decade and has used yoga to process and heal from trauma. Koral started practicing yoga in college and has felt her practice shift with time to meet her in every season of life. As a survivor and late diagnosed neurodivergent human, her practice has helped her cultivate safety, trust, love, hope, and understanding. Her teaching style emphasizes kindness and play with lots of options for all bodies. Koral is a licensed attorney and currently uses her legal knowledge to work as a full time professor at Lake Superior State University in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. You'll find Koral teaching yoga on campus and at local studios and parks. Off campus she loves being outside with her husband and dog, Waylon, who makes frequent appearances in live and recorded classes.
