A Gentle Practice For Freeze. This practice is for moments when your body feels still, heavy, or hard to move - and even the idea of shifting that feels like too much. There’s no expectation here to “come back,” wake up, or change your state. Nothing in this space is trying to get you moving. Instead, this is a place where stillness is allowed. You’re invited to simply notice your body as it is - resting, quiet, maybe distant, maybe heavy. There’s no need to add energy or create movement. Just being here, in whatever way feels possible. If things feel slowed down or paused, that’s okay. If your system wants to stay exactly as it is, that’s okay too. We’re gently explores what it might be like to remove the pressure: • no need to shift, • no need to respond, • no need to do anything at all. Just a moment of being with your body at its own pace. And maybe, for now, that pace can be enough.
