A Gentle Practice for Dissociation. This track is a soft invitation for moments when you feel distant, foggy, or not fully here. Rather than asking you to come all the way back, it offers permission to be exactly as present as you are. Even a small sense of awareness - however faint or far away - is enough. Through its slow pace and simple affirmations, this practice supports the possibility of being in relationship with your experience without needing to increase intensity or force connection. You’re invited to notice small points of contact - an awareness, a sensation, a sense of being here - in whatever way feels possible and safe for you, in this moment. If parts of you remain distant, that’s okay, too. Nothing needs to be fixed or completed. This is simply a space to explore what it’s like to stay gently connected, even in partial presence. There is room for all of it, just as it is.
