1 Round Of Gentle Tapping. This gentle tapping practice is designed to support dissociation in a way that preserves choice, distance, and control. There is no need to come back fully, focus harder, or be present in a particular way. Partial awareness, numbness, or a sense of distance are all welcome here. Tapping is optional. You’re invited to tap along or simply listen to the words. Throughout the practice, you’re encouraged to stay in choice, noticing awareness in small, manageable ways, and allowing other parts to remain wherever they need to be. This practice includes: • Tapping affirmations that support partial presence. • Language that normalizes absence of sensation. • Gentle orienting without pressure to engage. • A soft ending that allows you to transition at your own pace. This track may be especially supportive if you feel spaced out, far away, or unsure how to orient without overwhelming yourself.
