1 Round of Gentle Tapping. This gentle tapping practice supports dissociation by separating presence from intensity. Here, awareness does not need to be sustained, deepened, or intensified. Even brief or distant awareness is enough. Tapping is optional. You’re welcome to tap along or simply listen. Throughout the practice, you’re encouraged to allow awareness to come and go, staying in relationship with your body without needing to fully arrive. This practice includes: - Tapping affirmations that reduce pressure around presence. - Language that builds trust in partial and fluctuating awareness. - Gentle orienting without demand. - A calm ending to support re-entry. This track may be helpful if presence feels overwhelming, if awareness fades in and out, or if you want a practice that doesn’t require endurance.
