Hi there.
Today I would like to discuss being grounded and why it is important that we are grounded in not just our day to day but who we are as people and in our meditations.
So the very first thing I'd like to say is that when you are grounded in who you are,
You stand in your truth,
In your light,
And you're not easily affected.
It's like you have both feet firm,
Connected to the earth.
You have that connection to the earth and in turn the earth is connected to you and your light is able to expand out past like any means that we would think beyond because if we are not grounded in ourselves then we will lose track of our truth and not only that,
You can hear it in a voice when somebody talks sometimes and that can be associated with trauma even if their pitch is higher or if they are not speaking in their grounded voice.
Okay,
So being grounded as a person means that you are standing in your truth and you are able to expand your light and chances are you know you have worked through a lot of trauma at that point to then maintain your groundedness if in fact you know you had trauma.
If you are meditating and we don't necessarily ground before a meditation,
There is a lot that can be missed during the meditation.
It is as if your spirit self is sort of floating above you versus being connected to your body and allowing that information to come down through the crown chakra down into your third eye so you can then receive that wisdom and that knowledge.
So that's basically what I wanted to talk about and the importance of being grounded not only in a meditation but in your life and who you are as a person.
I love you so much.
I hope you are happy,
Healthy and well and the light in me honors the light in you and I will see you later.
