
Be Guided To Meet Your Future Self

This guided visualization invites listeners into a deep state of relaxation while they go on a journey to meet their future selves. They are guided into a beautiful place of their own creation, where they use all senses, personal affirmations, and/or mantras and deepen their connection with their future selves. During the listening experience, listeners are given the space and time to ask questions and gain wisdom, clarity, and encouragement from their selves in their ideal future.

Hi,
This is Kira Wampler and the name of this recording is Be Guided to Meet Your Future Self.
So I'd like for you to find yourself in a really comfortable and relaxed position.
So you can either be sitting or lying down and this is something that you can listen to if you'd like to meditate on this visualization,
If you'd like to take a nap.
It's also a great thing to do as you're falling asleep at night.
So as you're sitting or lying there comfortably,
Starting to relax even more,
I invite you to take some nice deep breaths.
And perhaps on your inhales,
You can think about the things that you might like to invite or allow more of in your life like peace,
Relaxation,
Comfort,
And anything else that you would like to bring more of in.
And as you exhale,
It might be nice to think of what you would like to release or let go of like any tension or stress or worry or confusion.
Just see if you can let it go,
Release it on your exhales.
And as you're continuing to take these nice deep breaths,
Continuing to relax even more,
You can think about how amazing our physical bodies are that every time we inhale,
Our bodies just naturally take oxygen out of the air and circulate it throughout our whole body so that each cell can have that oxygen.
And as we exhale,
Without even thinking about it,
Our bodies just naturally release the carbon dioxide,
The waste product of our respiration.
We just let it go as we exhale.
So continuing to inhale that which we need and want more of and exhale that which we don't need,
That which we just want to release.
And I wonder if you could allow each breath that you take to take you into a deeper and deeper state of comfort and relaxation.
That's right.
And I wonder if your eyelids might start to feel heavy and if they aren't already closed and might feel really nice to close your eyes and feeling how comfortable and relaxed your body is.
And I'll invite you as you're sitting or lying there,
Breathing deeply and listening to my voice that you might find your conscious mind can drift off,
Listen to other sounds perhaps or think about other things and that is okay.
As long as your subconscious mind hears what I'm saying.
That's right.
Now I wonder if on your next exhale you can feel as though your body might even be sinking down into the bed or the couch or the chair or whatever you're sitting or lying on.
And if you can feel even more relaxed.
That's right.
And now I'd like to invite you to see in your mind's eye an image of stairs or steps and you are standing at the top of these steps.
Now they can be steps or stairs made out of any material that suits you that you'd like to walk down soon.
They could be wooden or concrete or perhaps they're made of stone or they're carved into the earth and I want you to see from the top of the steps.
You look down and you see a beautiful path leading far away and you are so excited to be on that path soon.
And so together in a moment we will start to walk down these steps.
Let's say that there are five steps and each step that you take will take you deeper and deeper into a wonderful state of relaxation.
So I'd like you to look down and see your feet.
Maybe you're wearing shoes,
Maybe you're barefoot.
Whatever you see is perfect and you see that you're at the top of the steps and I'd like you to take your first step down and when you see and feel your feet down that first step perhaps you breathe a sigh of relaxation.
Breathing it in and letting go of anything that you don't need to take with you on this journey.
And now you'll step down on the second step feeling even more relaxed and at ease and now you're feeling walking down the third step.
You're doing great feeling even more relaxed.
Breathing down on the fourth step and while you're feeling even more relaxed in your body your mind is getting even more excited because you know that you are on the path soon to meet your future self.
And so we take the fifth step down.
So relaxed yet excited and anticipating this wonderful journey that you are about to take.
And so you are now on your pathway and I'd like you to look around.
What kind of pathway are you on and what is surrounding you?
Is it a dirt trail?
Is it a sidewalk of some kind?
Is it a paved pathway?
Are you on the beach?
Are you in a forest?
You can be anywhere that you want to be.
This is your creation.
Now I'll invite you to begin walking maybe even floating maybe flying,
Skipping,
Jumping.
Maybe you're on a scooter.
You get to travel on this pathway however you want to.
That's right.
And what do you see when you look around?
Are there trees or bushes or buildings or the ocean or tall grass or snow?
This is where you want to be.
This is a place that makes you feel so good.
And what else do you see when you look up?
What do you see?
And when you look to the left,
What do you see?
When you look to the right,
What do you see when you look down?
What you see is pleasing to you because you get to decide what you see.
And as you're continuing to travel along this pathway,
Perhaps you feel in your chest area,
In your heart,
Some sort of a gentle pull forward towards your future self.
It feels good.
And as you're walking or floating along,
However you are moving along,
I wonder if there's any thing that you're smelling.
Perhaps a beautifully fragrant flower or perhaps the ocean air or some other type of a plant or tree or a smell of something else that smells delicious.
Whatever this smell is,
It can be something that in your waking life,
When you smell this again,
It can remind you that you are on your way towards your future self all the time.
And as you're continuing to move forward down this path towards you in your future,
I wonder what you're feeling.
Are there emotions that you're feeling?
Are there sensations that you're feeling?
Can you feel the air on your skin or the clothes that you're wearing?
Or maybe you're not wearing any.
Can you feel the ground beneath your feet or not?
What are you feeling?
And as you're continuing to move along this path,
Feeling that pull in your heart getting a little bit stronger,
Continuing to breathe in all that's around you,
Continuing to breathe out.
I wonder what sounds you're hearing.
Are there sounds in your surrounding that you're hearing?
And perhaps you're also hearing particular mantras or affirmations that you've created for yourself or that you're creating right now for yourself.
Anything that feels good to hear.
Anything that feels supportive to you on this journey.
Anything that your future self wants you to know or that your inner being or your higher self wants you to know on your journey.
That's right.
Continuing to move along this pathway and as you're looking in front of you further down the pathway,
Perhaps you start to sense a presence way in front of you.
Perhaps you sense energy.
Perhaps you can see an aura.
Is it one color or many colors or is it a feeling that you sense up ahead that is you in your future?
What are you experiencing now as you know and anticipate that you are on the right path to become the you who you imagine and envision is in your ideal future.
And as you continue to move forward,
Feeling the sensations around you and inside of you and smelling the beautiful smells around you and seeing the amazing sights around you.
Seeing all these supportive,
Wonderful,
Great affirming things.
Maybe you're tasting something that can in your waking life bring you back into this place where you know you're on the right path.
You start to see in front of you what previously was maybe just an energy or a color or an aura.
It's you in your future.
How do you feel knowing that you're getting closer?
Knowing that soon you will be right near and interacting directly with you in your future.
You begin to come closer and this feeling in your heart center.
It's getting stronger.
It's continuing to pull you forward and maybe it begins to feel warm.
Maybe you would feel nicer to feel cool.
Maybe there's some kind of sensation that feels really good in your heart center.
Maybe you look down and sense there is a green glow like the color of your heart chakra.
Maybe it's a different color and you sense this color,
This glowing,
This light emanating further in front of you from your heart.
As you're coming closer to you in your future,
You notice that there is a similar color,
A similar glow,
A similar light emanating from the heart of you in your future.
As you move closer,
The lights from both of your hearts,
Maybe you sense that it connects and in the next instant,
You are right in front of your future self.
Breathe this in.
That's right.
What do you notice about you in your future?
How does your face look?
What is the expression on your face?
How do you feel in the presence of this version of you?
What is the energy that this version of you is giving off?
What is this version of yourself wearing?
How is this version of yourself positioned?
Is this version of you standing?
And if so,
How is your posture or is this person sitting or is this person in some other position?
How is this person holding themselves in their physical body?
Perhaps you notice something special that is on your future person,
Maybe an accessory of some kind,
A piece of jewelry,
A crown,
A piece of clothing.
Maybe this version of you is holding something special,
Just something that you notice that sparks something within you.
That's right.
And as you fully take in and observe as many details as you would like about you in your future,
This version of you starts to share with you what his or her or their life is like in this future.
What is a typical day maybe or what their relationships are like,
What they do in their day,
How they spend their time,
Who they spend their time with.
And I will now give you a little time to hear what this enlightened future version of yourself wants to share with you.
And also this is your time to ask your future self any questions that you might have.
Perhaps you'd like to ask,
How can I become you or how can I reveal more of you in me or what can I let go of to allow you to come out in me?
You're doing great.
Just continue to allow the exchange of information and wisdom to flow.
That's right.
And know that you can come to this place whenever you make the time and the space and you can reconnect with you in your future and ask these questions and receive the wisdom,
Receive the answers.
And when this exchange of information and wisdom and value is complete for now,
Perhaps you and you in your future embrace in some meaningful and divine way.
Engaging energy,
Deepening your connection.
And when you come apart,
You notice that that thing that you noticed before,
Perhaps the thing that you and your future was holding,
Perhaps the crown or the piece of jewelry or the article of clothing,
Whatever that thing that resonated with you,
That sparked something inside of you earlier was now it's on you or it's in your hand.
It's a gift from your future self to you.
It's something that you can take back with you as you return from your journey in this guided visualization and perhaps in your waking life,
You can find something tangible that can represent this connection with you and your future self.
And before you part just temporarily,
You can say some sort of farewell for now.
And you begin walking back down the path towards those five steps that you came down earlier.
As you're moving along this pathway toward those steps,
How are you feeling?
How are you carrying yourself?
What is the expression on your face?
Is it a little more like the image of you in your future?
And before you know it,
You see those steps in front of you.
Now if after listening to this,
You are going to be sleeping for the rest of the night or taking a long nap,
You can stop listening at this point and have a wonderful sleep,
Feel rejuvenated and well rested when you wake up.
If on the other hand,
You are going to be going about with the rest of your day after listening to this,
You see those steps and you see at the top of them,
You will be feeling totally well rested,
Rejuvenated and energized.
So let's begin to take those steps.
You look down at your feet and step up on the first step.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out and you go up to the next step,
Starting to feel a little bit more in tune and connected with your physical body.
Going up the third step,
Perhaps starting to wiggle your fingers and toes a little bit.
Getting the fourth step up,
Starting to feel a little bit more awake and going up to the fifth step,
Listening to my voice and perhaps wanting to stretch out through your arms,
Perhaps stretching the corner of your lips towards your ears and as you open your eyes,
I hope that you have a wonderful rest of your day.
