"Surrendering to What Is" by Kip Hollister --- Allow yourself to be present with this guided mediation. The intention of this practice is to acknowledge any space in your body that you may be carrying tension, anxiety, or sadness, and allowing it to pass by to make space for love and gratitude.

Welcome.

This is Kip with the Hollister Institute.

In today's meditation,

The focus will be surrendering to what is.

So please join me and take a few moments to get yourself comfortable.

Allow the distractions to dissipate and when you are ready,

You may gently close your eyes.

And as we begin,

Take three deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And as you breathe in,

Breathe in appreciation and on the exhale release any limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.

And allow yourself to be present with your breath.

Ride the waves of your breath and observe how effortless the breath is,

Your life force.

And starting at the crown of your head,

Move down through your body and check in with how you feel without judgment or criticism.

Surrender to what is and breathe in to any space in your body that is carrying tension,

Anxiety or sadness and just observe in a detached way.

Know that thoughts are part of this meditation experience.

So as thoughts come in,

Allow them to pass by as if they are clouds in the sky and then gently bring yourself back to your breath.

And imagine a white ball of energy permeating down from the sky through the crown of your head,

Moving down through every cell and membrane in your body,

Allowing your body to be enveloped with love and gratitude for what is without judgment or criticism.

Be in the feeling with this energy representing you and your life force.

Allow yourself to dwell in the infinite possibilities that lie here with you now.

As you are present in this moment to what is.

And as you continue breathing and observing your breath,

I invite you to bring yourself back,

Presencing yourself into your body,

Wiggling your fingers,

Your toes.

As you are surrendering to what is with delight and love and gratitude.

Taking two deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and another breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And when you are ready,

You may gently and slowly open your eyes.
