Join me for a few moments to focus on gratitude.
Gently close your eyes and take in some deep cleansing breaths as you center yourself to being present in this moment.
And as you focus on the breath,
Just observe where in your body you may be carrying worry or stress.
And on the exhale,
Focus on releasing that stress.
And on the inhale,
Focus on gratitude and appreciation for being here,
For being alive,
For being you.
And take a few moments to reflect on events,
People,
Experiences that bring you joy when you think about them.
And see if you can hold those experiences on the in-breath and getting rid of any toxins on the out-breath.
Even difficult experiences or difficult events,
See if you can hold those in gratitude and appreciation as everything in life is a lesson.
And as you're breathing in gratitude,
Check in with how that feeling is in your body,
Connecting to your heart at the center of your chest.
So on the next few breaths,
Focus on breathing into your heart with gratitude and appreciation as where our attention goes,
Our energy flows.
And allow this feeling of gratitude to fill your heart and mind,
To uplift your spirit.
Be grateful.
It's the essence of living a life fulfilled.
