Hi,

This is Kip with the Hollister Institute.

This meditation is on gratitude.

Take a moment to get comfortable and if you choose gently close your eyes.

And take two deep cleansing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And as you continue breathing just notice your breath.

And with gratitude acknowledge this life force that you can't even see.

And be in the experience of your breath as you watch it.

And as your lungs expand breathe in gratitude for what is right now in this moment.

And as thoughts come in just allow them to pass by as if they're clouds passing in the sky.

And then gently bring your awareness back to your breath with gratitude.

And as you continue breathing allow yourself to sink in to feeling sensations in your body.

With gratitude.

I want you to scan your body as you appreciate every part of your body.

Our bodies are machinery that allow us to experience life.

Give gratitude for your feet.

For your legs that allow you to walk.

And bring your awareness to your heart where gratitude resides.

Without judgment.

Without criticism.

Gratitude is confidence in life itself.

Gratitude allows your heart to be open.

Allowing love to lead no matter what.

And as you scan your body appreciate your body in all of its imperfection.

Without judgment.

Without comparing.

Now I want you to acknowledge your thoughts,

Your mind,

Where your thoughts live and dwell.

And just allow those thoughts to be present yet be detached from them and be grateful that you have a mind that thinks.

And allow yourself to release any limiting beliefs or thoughts that do not serve you.

And appreciate them as life is contrast.

Thank your thoughts for the great job they do in keeping you aware and aligned with what is important to you.

And now bring your awareness to your being.

Who you are being in this world and the magnificence and contribution that is the essence of you.

Be grateful for who you are.

Bring your awareness to your relationships.

Being grateful for where you come from.

Being grateful for the relationships that are working.

And be grateful and give love to the relationships that may be causing you pain.

As you surrender to what is.

As gratitude heals.

And as you surrender with gratitude in all of your relationships.

You will be healing yourself and many generations that will come after you.

The essence of gratitude is inner peace.

And love.

And a sense of connectedness.

As you focus on gratitude.

Your world expands beyond measure.

Abundance flows like a river.

And the sun shines even amidst darkness.

You get to choose what you want to focus on in any given moment.

Choose gratitude.

And the unlimited possibilities will follow.

Lead with your heart.

Now bring your awareness.

To nature.

Give gratitude for Mother Earth.

For the beauty of this earth.

For us protecting and taking care of this earth.

Allow yourself to take in the sweet fragrances of the outside.

The beauty of the stars.

The sun and the moon.

And bring your awareness to your community.

However you define it.

And be in gratitude for your contribution in your community.

And for the community's contribution to you.

As your gratitude becomes a habit.

Your life will be magical.

Surrender to all that is in your life now with gratitude and acceptance for what is.

Be deliberate and intentional as you allow gratitude to lead you in your life.

And as you ride the wave of your breath.

Really acknowledge yourself for the miracle that you are to this world.

Be grateful to the contribution you make each and every day.

Experience a sense of thankfulness and appreciation for everything that happens.

And as it is.

So shall it be.
