Find a nice and comfortable spot to sit in and then when you're ready,
We're going to go and start with the meditation for today.
If you're still in bed,
Stay there because you're still going to be in a subconscious mindset,
Which is actually going to allow you to take this meditation in even deeper and more effectively.
So when you're ready and you've found yourself nice and comfortable spots to sit or lie down in,
I want you to close your eyes.
Now let's start with taking some deep breaths.
Deep breath in,
Hold for a second and breathe out.
Again,
Deep breath in,
Hold for a second and breathe out.
One more time,
Deep breath in,
Hold for a second and breathe out.
Very good.
Now imagine yourself walking through a beautiful forest with trees wider than your arms can reach,
Taller than your eyes can see.
There's birds chirping in the background and water flowing in a calm river stream nearby.
You walk towards the river and in doing so,
You let go of any tension and any negative emotion that might be lingering.
You sit down on the soft grass bedding of the river.
You wiggle a little bit,
You move and sway from left to right until you find a comfortable position.
You're listening to the birds in the distance and the river flowing in front of you and as you do,
You feel the tension flowing away.
You feel the tension in your shoulders flow away like melting ice in a hot spring.
You feel the tension in your neck flow away.
You feel the tension in your forehead flow away.
The tension in your eyes flow away.
The tension in your jaw flow away.
The tension in your ears flow away.
And with another deep breath,
You let the tension in your heart flow away too.
Now bring your attention back to your breath.
Deep,
Long inhales and exhales.
Quiet your mind.
Feel into the present moment where you're safe and relaxed.
This engaged from the past and the future.
Now imagine the river flowing new positive energy in through the soles of your feet.
It flows further through your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hips,
Your stomach,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your left shoulder,
Upper arm,
Elbow,
Lower arm,
Your wrist,
Your hand,
Your fingers and all the way back towards your right shoulder,
Your upper arm,
Your lower arm,
Your elbow,
Your wrist,
Your hands,
Your fingers and all the way back to both shoulders,
Your neck,
Your jaw,
Your lips,
Your ears,
Your eyes,
Your forehead,
All the way to the top of your head.
Feel that power coursing through your veins.
This newfound energy that you've now created within your body.
Now that you've accepted this energy into your being,
I want you to focus on the silhouettes of someone very close to you and maybe someone you've never met before but feels very familiar and recognize them as your guide,
Whoever they might be.
You ask them,
What will you have me use this energy for?
Wait for them to answer and trust that whatever they tell you,
It's the right answer for you to hear right now.
Now that you've been given your answer,
It's time to make the most of this energetic burst,
This energetic force field within you that is going to guide you throughout your day.
You get up from the grass and you start walking back towards the forest.
You hear the birds get louder and the sound of the river fades away with every step you take.
I'm going to count backwards from five to one,
Guiding you back to the point where you started today.
Five,
A few more steps now.
Four,
You're getting closer to the middle of the field you started in.
Four,
You're getting closer to the middle of the forest.
Three,
You start feeling your fingers and toes as you wiggle them.
And one,
You're back in the room.
You can slowly open your eyes and get ready for this day,
Filled with the energy that you have just created in your body.
