Often when we feel stuck in a reality we don't find joy in, it's because we're letting ourselves be held back by fear. But what is the cause of this fear? How can we let go of it? In this track you'll first identify the fear, after which you'll be guided through an NLP exercise to let go of the fear and let its energy be transformed and absorbed into your driving guidance system.

This meditation is going to help you feel into the fears that you're facing so that you can identify what they are and how they've been keeping you safe in the past.

Identifying your fears is going to help you better understand what makes you feel vulnerable,

Scared,

Anxious,

Shameful and what brings up those feelings of self-doubt and ultimately what makes you procrastinate or what makes you not achieve your goals.

Now find a quiet space where you can either sit with your feet flat on the floor or lie down.

Quiet your mind and focus on your breath.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Another one in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Bring your breath back to the normal breathing pattern and place your hands on your heart.

I want you to imagine you're walking down a long wide corridor towards a glass door and you can see that behind this glass door is your perfect world.

It's the world in which you accomplish everything you've ever dreamed of.

You walk towards the door.

As you get closer you see the bottom of the glass starts to change into concrete.

As you get to the end of the corridor you realize that the glass has completely turned to concrete and there is no way through it anymore.

You realize this means your chance to achieve your dream life has vanished.

Now I want you to bring your awareness to how this makes you feel.

How does it feel to let your dreams slip away from you like that?

Go even deeper into how you feel right now.

As you start feeling this fear coming over you,

Look it in the eye and ask it,

Who are you?

And let it take you to a moment in time where you felt it and experienced that feeling,

An experience that you can identify with.

Take in the experience and let the fear show you how you felt in that moment.

Now I want you to ask it,

What have you been protecting me from?

Listen carefully to the answer that what it is.

It's something that's been lingering for a while now.

Once it has told you what it is,

Recognize that it has served a purpose in the past.

Recognize what that purpose was.

Now tell it,

Thank you.

Thank you for keeping me safe.

Thank you for protecting me all those years but I'm safe now.

I no longer need your protection.

And tell the fear you're letting it go now and that the reason you're letting it go is because its negative energy no longer serves you.

Send it love and as you're letting it go,

Watch it transform from a black bubble into bright sparkling stars floating around in the space above your head.

As it's transforming,

It tells you it will still support you in your journey at your command this time.

Now it's completely transformed into sparkling stars and they're still floating around above your head and they start floating down onto your head and you feel its energy emerge with your own energy stream.

Feel that positive energy floating through your veins.

Place one hand on your stomach and I want you to think about how you're going to put this new positive energy to use.

What will this new energy allow you to do that you haven't been doing previously?

How are you going to use it?

How is it going to support you in achieving your dream goals?

Take a moment to think about this and dream big.

Amazing work,

Well done darling.

Now bring your awareness back to the room.

Start wiggling your fingers and toes and when you're ready,

Gently blink your eyes open.

Now get back to the exercise,

Write out your experiences and come back to this meditation for any other experiences you want to work through.
