Breathe,

Become aware of your breath.

Slow it down further and further.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

In and out.

Until your body feels at its restful state.

Go ahead and move your body until you find the perfect position to fall asleep in.

Today you'll be gliding into sleep.

And not just any sleep.

The kind that allows you to dream big.

Dream into your vision.

Dream into the life that you have always imagined for yourself.

So that it may come alive in your awakened state.

Now take another deep breath in.

And out.

Repeat after me.

I am abundant.

I am magnetic.

I am grateful for the human experience I get to have.

I am forgiving.

I am the best version of myself.

I am forgiving.

I am the best version of myself.

I am life.

I am spirit.

I am connected to everything and everyone around me.

I am caring.

I am successful in everything I set my mind to.

I am peaceful.

I am inspiring.

I am happy.

I am satisfied with all that I've been given.

Take another deep breath in.

Now imagine yourself in the here and now.

Stepping out of your physical body.

Moving further away until you can see yourself from a distance.

A distance at which you can view yourself as if on a movie screen.

Observe that version of you.

Look at the human being that you are.

How you behave.

What you do on a day to day.

Take in all the details.

Glamorize the image and see yourself in all your glory.

Make it vivid.

Make it vibrant.

Let it play like a movie.

This is the present you.

Now I want you to detach this image and this movie from the movie screen.

Make it smaller and smaller.

And place it in the bottom right hand corner of your vision.

Look back up at the big empty screen now.

And start to imagine your dream life.

You see a new version of you slowly take form.

You see yourself in a new light.

The best version of yourself.

You see the background take form.

The colours appear.

Where do you find yourself?

Is it in the city?

On the beach?

In the mountains?

You emerge into this image.

Let yourself be pulled further into your dream life.

Moving into this experience that you had imagined.

How do you feel yourself merge with that version of you?

Now imagine what happens next in this moment.

Where are you going?

What are you doing?

Where is this journey taking you?

Let the movie play on.

Let the experience take form.

As you slowly drift off into sleep.

As you visualise this vision,

This new version of you.
