The Ultimate Chakra Affirmation Integration With Reiki

Enjoy expanding your consciousness with the healing energy of Reiki and positive affirmations for your chakras. This practice begins with quality time to connect with your breath, relax your body, and establish a sacred space.

You’ll then be guided to connect with simple yet effective affirmations that empower each chakra: I am, I feel, I can, I love, I speak, I see, and I understand. You’ll be guided on a journey to weave and integrate each affirmation throughout your chakras from root to crown for the ultimate chakra affirmation integration experience.

To close the practice, Reiki flows through each of your chakras to seal in the nutrients of the practice. The background music is by Christopher Lloyd Clarke.
