Reiki flowing behind you and Reiki flowing in front of you.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
And feel the light of Reiki flowing to the left of you and to the right of you,
Bringing balance and harmony to your divine feminine energy and your divine masculine energy.
Knowing when it's time to listen,
Rest,
And restore,
And knowing when it's time to take action,
Achieve,
And be seen.

And feel the light of Reiki flowing above you and below you,

Remembering the miracle of life that you are,
A physical body animated by the life force energy of creation,
