My name is Kiki Ray and I am so excited that you are here taking your meditation journey with me.
A little bit about myself,
I am a trauma-informed master NLP and EFT practitioner,
Clinical hypnotherapist,
Spiritual life coach,
Healer and Reiki master,
As well as a digital nomad.
As we go into this meditation practice,
I want you to just keep in mind a couple of things,
Especially if you are a beginner.
First,
Meditation does not need to be perfect.
There is no one right way to meditate.
It does not need to be done sitting still,
Contrary to popular belief.
One can meditate while walking,
Doing the dishes or while sitting still or lying down.
Meditation is about bringing in awareness,
Mindfulness,
Choosing time for yourself to bring presence into your day and it's about directing your thoughts.
So this can be done while focusing on breath,
A mantra or prayer.
It does not need to be done on an empty mind while thinking of nothing because in reality that very seldom occurs.
Meditation does also not have to take a lot of time.
You can literally spend 30 to 60 seconds connecting to breath,
Presence and intentionality.
So keeping these things in mind,
Dropping the myths and misconceptions as you go through into your meditation journey,
