I invite you to settle into this moment as you ground and center yourself.

Begin to draw your awareness inward.

Now slowly breathe in through your nose,

Filling your belly and your chest.

Hold it for a moment and exhale softly through your mouth,

Releasing any tensions or noise from the day.

With each inhale,

Feel your body becoming more present.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself letting go of thoughts,

Of expectations,

Of anything that doesn't belong to this moment.

Now imagine a warm,

Golden light above your head,

Slowly pouring down over you.

See this light moving down your crown,

Softening your forehead,

Releasing your jaw.

Now see it move down your neck and shoulders,

Melting away tightness as it flows.

As the light continues its descent,

Feel it connecting you to the earth beneath you,

Anchoring you,

Reminding you that you are safe,

Supported,

And held.

Breathe here for a moment in this stillness.

Allow your mind to quiet in your heart.

Feel your energy settling like soil after a soft rain,

Steady,

Strong,

And clear.

You are home in your body,

Home in this moment.

Take a moment to notice how you now feel.

As you go about your day,

Carry this grounded energy with you.
