Meditation relieves stress.
Right now you are so stressed.
There is two reasons.
One,
You think there is so many things must to do.
And the other reason,
Your focus,
Attention too tightly on these matters.
You believe must be done,
Must be due.
So if you cut down these two reasons,
You shift focus.
These two matters,
You will relieve the stress because not necessarily have to be done.
All of them you think must be done,
Must be due,
Must be complete.
Not all of them necessary to be done.
You can reduce many of them if you look many other angles.
So the other thing,
You just have to realize your attention is too tight on these matters.
So your attention,
You have to soften your attention and you shift your focus on something else.
What is something else is you don't have to learn huge knowledge.
You just need to pay a little bit attention.
You never paid attention before.
So begin start meditation.
Sit comfortably wherever you are comfortable.
Make sure your spine is straight,
Neck is straight.
And make sure have big deep breathings.
First deep breathing in.
That breathing out,
Do this few times.
Do this few times.
Three,
Two,
Five,
Seven up to you.
And then feel your body,
The sensation of the deep breathing.
Then feel,
Pay attention and feel your sensations on your body.
Which means you never looked carefully before.
You never really had pay attention on those before.
And focus in your sensations on your breathing.
Doesn't have to be deep breathing now.
Just normal,
Natural your breathing.
Breathing in,
Breathing out naturally and follow one hundred percent.
Pay attention on that.
Attention not too tightly but not too loosely.
Right mind of the attention.
Only your breathing.
Only your sensation.
Pay attention wherever you feel special on the body.
If you have coughing or some interruptions,
Doesn't matter.
Whatever you feel,
Just pay attention in there very gently,
Very softly.
Softly but firmly.
If you cannot do this very long,
You don't have to do long.
It's not about quantity,
About quality.
If you need open eyes,
You can open eyes.
But you pay attention.
You never paid attention before.
What do you see in front of you?
If you see fabrics,
Look at every single pattern of the fabric.
Focus one hundred percent on that.
Look very carefully.
You haven't done before.
If you don't see nothing,
At least you see deep knots,
Deep of your nose.
Just pay attention on that.
Or if you are lucky outside,
You see something natural things like leaves and trees.
Look very carefully on that.
Look at every pattern of leaves.
Similarly,
If you have a rock,
Then look at every pattern of the rock.
Very carefully,
Very slowly,
No rushing up,
Nothing.
Because you haven't done this before.
If you don't have nothing,
You just look at your own hands or any part of your own body.
You look at them very carefully.
As careful as much,
You've never done this before.
Same as your own breathing,
Your own sensations of your body.
You pay attention very closely.
Something you've never done before.
That is you shifting your vocals.
This is so important because so many things.
Every day we are counted but we never look closely.
This is just the beginning of the instruction.
How to relieve the stress and how to shift focus.
But there is much more deeper we can look at for anything.
If you make a habit to this,
You will find peace.
Among the peace you find the deeper meaning of the truth of all phenomena.
The most important you can find true yourself.
Until now we haven't met true ourselves.
Because we are too focused,
Unnecessary,
External,
Gross level of distractions.
But if you look this way,
Doesn't matter when you're eating,
Drinking,
Sitting,
Walking,
You pay attention,
Shift focus,
Then you build a different person.
You build much more capacity within yourself because you know in yourself more than before.
You are more closer,
Closer of yourself.
Before you didn't know who you are and yourself.
Can you believe that?
You can feel it.
If you focus more deeper and deeper,
More subtle and subtle,
You find the peace and strength because you find yourself.
No matter whatever you're doing,
Can you just watch carefully what you're doing?
And can focus details,
Something we never do before.
This is the start point to go,
Finding ourself within the deep peace and harmony.
So we can influence others for peace and harmony.
So please focus on that.
