I invite you to have a journal or notebook nearby so that at the end of your meditation you can take a moment to jot down what you experienced,
To notice any ahas within your journey.
Let's begin.
Go ahead and lower your feet into the earth and imagine roots extending out from the soles of your feet connecting you into the earth.
You feel this connection like a channel where your right foot releases all the things that no longer serve you and your left foot draws in energy and anything else you may need.
Feel this balance of letting go and receiving that both systems nourish you,
Keep you feeling connected here.
Allow this to happen here in the background.
Bring your focus to your breath.
You can inhale through your nose.
Open mouth exhale.
Two more.
Breathe in.
Exhale release.
One more.
Breathe in.
Exhale.
Let it go.
Imagine yourself in a clearing or a wide open space where you get to move in whatever way feels good to you.
That can even include stillness.
Being in this wide open space feel a sense of comfortable ease perhaps even peaceful here.
Allow the sensation to come to you either through sensation,
Sound,
Visual or any other way that makes sense to you.
And continue here in this space for as long as you would like.
When you feel complete bring your focus back to your breath.
Whenever you feel ready,
Blink your eyes open and write down what you experienced.
