Welcome to your guided meditation.

I invite you to have a journal or notebook nearby so that at the end of your meditation,

You can take a moment to jot down what you experienced,

To notice any ahas within your journey.

Let's begin.

Rest your feet down.

Take a moment to roll your shoulders,

Maybe move your neck.

Bringing in any little wiggles.

Doesn't that feel good?

When you feel ready,

Find stillness.

Close your eyes.

Let's tap into our breath.

Inhale through your nose.

Open mouth exhale.

Two more.

Breathe in.

Exhale,

Release.

One more breath in.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Imagine roots extending from your feet that connect you to the earth.

Your roots are there for you to release things that no longer serve you.

And they're there to draw in exactly what you need.

And your body.

Notice any places that feel maybe a little tight or a little off.

Send your focus there.

Breathe into those areas.

And allow yourself to release anything that feels stuck or wanting to go.

Send it all the way down your body through your legs,

Your feet,

Into your roots and compost into the earth.

Notice as many times as feels good.

When you've finished releasing your things into the earth,

Allow the earth to give to you.

Perhaps it's a bit of energy,

Wisdom,

Or something else entirely.

Allow it to come in in whatever form makes sense to you.

You can stay right here in this space,

Releasing into the earth and receiving back.

Or you can begin to move yourself into a new space.

This space feels open,

Expansive.

Like you could do anything here.

Anything is possible.

It's possible for you here.

Move yourself in that way that makes sense in this space.

Most likely totally different than in your waking life.

When you feel complete,

Bring your focus into your breath.

Begin to notice your body and the sounds around you.

When you feel ready,

Blink your eyes open and write down what you experienced.
