Welcome.
For this meditation,
We're going to practice concentrating on something we'd like to bring into our lives.
A reality we'd like to create for ourselves,
Or a vision we have for our future.
We'll focus on connecting to the feelings that this idea for our future will bring us.
So let's start by simply finding a comfortable position and starting to center into the breath.
Allow yourself to make the transition into this meditation by bringing your full attention to the breath.
Feeling how it moves in the body.
Inviting in a sense of release with each exhale.
Allowing yourself to soften.
Focusing on the breath as if it's all that exists.
Just the breathing body.
Letting everything else go as easily as the next exhale releases from the body.
We'll start by setting the intention for our meditation today.
And in order to really be able to focus and connect with this vision,
We're just simply going to choose one goal.
Just one thing that we'd like to manifest in our lives.
Your intention may be a statement,
A sankalpa,
Or it may be a vision,
An image you have for your future.
And either one is okay.
Start here to let go of the need to get it exactly right.
Any doubts that might be surfacing.
Instead,
Replace them with the full faith that what you have in your heart will be heard and understood.
And start to focus on this intention.
Start to visualize this reality as if you're living it in this moment.
What does it feel like to have this?
Is there a certain sense of confidence?
Maybe a feeling of pride for having achieved this?
Maybe a sense of security or contentment?
What are the feelings that this reality brings you?
Try not to get too caught up in the thoughts.
Let it be a quick projection,
A mental image.
Continue to let the images flow and to reconnect to the feelings.
Imagine bringing those feelings into your body with the next inhale.
Try to connect to the feeling in the body on a cellular level.
Feeling the energy of this new reality.
And then start to invite in a sense of appreciation,
Of gratitude for this new reality that you're creating.
Invite in a feeling of faith,
Knowing that doors will open up to you,
That life is already unfolding to make this yours.
Let your attention be pulled back to the breath with your next inhale,
Connecting with the breath.
Connecting with the power you have within.
Nothing is too big.
You are worthy of this reality.
You deserve all of the happiness.
You deserve abundance.
You deserve this confidence.
You deserve peace.
Be consistent with this practice.
Whenever you notice doubt starting to surface,
Limiting beliefs that feed a certain sense of doubt or inability to create this reality,
Replace them with the feelings of already having this.
Open yourself up to the path that will begin to unfold.
Continue to foster faith and release a bit of the burden of having to create this on your own by trusting that the universe will open doors for you,
That a higher source of power understands what you have in your heart.
And come back to this practice because you deserve to have the life you dream to live.
Open yourself to receiving.
Start to focus back on the feeling of the breath moving in the body.
Find gratitude for having taken the time to connect to what you have in your heart.
