Even amidst pain, fear, suffering, and resignation, we can know that so long as we breathe, we have a purpose as human beings having a finite experience that informs and expands the infinite intelligence that is the Universe itself. We are on the leading edge of creation as the sense organs of God or Cosmic Consciousness. This guided closed-eye process helps you realize that so long as you breathe, you have a purpose.

Breathing now fully,

Deeply,

And comfortably,

We settle in with this signal for our bodies to relax,

Allowing the surface that we are resting on to totally support us in this moment.

And breathing now once again we give that signal for our minds to relax.

Putting aside any cares or concerns that we might have,

We allow the world to simply carry on without us for the time being.

And also now giving that signal for our spirit to settle in,

To be fully present in the here and now.

Recognizing that there is only one energy in the entire universe.

And as we breathe we are cycling,

Internal and external.

Get always connected in the one.

That what we are exchanging from inside our bodies might be breath and taking in new breath but we are always in a constant cycle,

Rhythm and flow with the one source of all things.

And as long as we have breath we can know,

Really,

Really know that we still have purpose.

Our lives might present challenges.

They might be formidable.

They might instill fear.

They might also lead us to a sense of resignation.

That it's not worth carrying on.

Yet we can know because there is only one energy,

Because there is only one source and intelligence and that we are part of it,

That so long as we breathe we have purpose.

That we are on the leading edge of creation as an individualized aspect of that one infinite source,

That cosmic mind that created all things for its own delight so that it could have an experience other than being infinite.

We as individualized humans incarnate so that we can have a finite experience.

And so all of our experiences are for the delight of that one source that some people call God.

And it is good that we recognize all of the challenges that we feel as being part of the totality of existence,

Offering purpose and expansion of awareness for ourselves and for that infinite intelligence that we recognize as the universe itself.

In this way we recognize that our divine purpose is to be the eyes,

The ears,

The sense organs of the infinite exploring its creation.

Which also means because we are one with it that it is our creation,

Every aspect of it down to the smallest detail is ours.

So we can feel this moment and simply notice whatever it is that is coming up in our awareness,

Wherever it might be located in our bodies we feel that sensation and really dive into it.

We feel whatever it might be,

Whether it be fear or pain or sadness or grief or even delight and joy.

All of these things bring us a greater understanding,

Not necessarily one that we can describe with human limited faculties,

The brain that can only pronounce words or process five to seven bits of information at a time,

But at our deepest levels there is a knowingness,

There is an appreciation for all the good that we are experiencing.

Even though it might show up as pain,

Even though it might be past trauma,

When we dive into the feeling and recognize that as we breathe into the feeling that it is an expression of energy and there is only one energy in the universe.

And the universe can never be wrong and it really doesn't matter what we think,

The universe continues to flow.

So we are not fooled by appearances,

We are not fooled by our limited human faculties that cannot process all the variables.

We simply dive into the knowingness that as long as we breathe we have purpose,

That even our suffering or what appears to be suffering expands the intelligence of that infinite mind that is the universe itself.

And being fully present,

Being fully aware,

Being fully in tune with the feeling and the movement of that energy is what gives us purpose and we can give thanks now knowing it is all perfect,

Whole and complete.

We can let it go.

And in that sweet release we give thanks,

We let it be,

We know that we are on purpose so we can simply move forward with ease and grace and joy.

And so it is.
