From the Judeo-Christian Bible,
Book of Proverbs,
Chapter 17,
Verse 22.
We read,
A merry heart makes the body healthy,
But a broken spirit dries up the bones.
Many of us might be experiencing stiffness or immobility in our joints and bones,
And to that there is a possibility of treatment,
A possibility of healing by recognizing that there is a power that sustains,
That transforms,
And that liberates every aspect of our being,
And we access that by right of consciousness.
So let us affirm.
My entire system is spiritual,
And my physical being is now quickened into radiant life and sublime truth.
It is cleansed and purified by the power of the true Word within me.
This Word which I speak is the presence,
The power,
And the law of the universe working through me.
The energy of the pure and perfect Spirit is now cleansing me from all impurities of the flesh.
My circulation,
Assimilation,
And elimination are perfect.
The joy of the Almighty is within and around me.
I live in the sunshine of eternal truth and beauty.
I love and understand life.
My faith in the healing and cleansing power of this Word is complete.
This Word and the energy it attracts penetrates all the marrow,
Bones,
Sinews,
Tissues,
Muscles,
Ligaments,
Tendons,
Cartilage,
Organs,
And functions of my physical being to eliminate all waste substances.
My food digests perfectly.
I have complete circulation and distribution of nutrition,
Oxygen,
Lubrication,
Light,
Love,
Truth,
And beauty through my entire system.
Love,
Light,
And light permeate every atom of my being.
I forgive all and am forgiven of all and by all.
I am washed thoroughly and cleansed within.
There is no pain,
Distress,
Or impingement in divine life,
In the infinite power that created all things,
Nor is there any in my joints or muscles.
Every system now operates with optimum ease and comfort at every natural range of motion.
Nothing remains in my being but pure light,
Life,
And love.
My body is a divine idea within infinite mind,
The living spirit almighty,
And now demonstrates in accordance with the pattern of perfect life.
And knowing that divine energy sustains me in every way,
I can release any need to be angry,
To be resentful,
To be fearful,
And to instead put on the armor of faith,
Knowing that everything is perfect,
Whole,
And complete right now,
That I am in a place of receptivity,
A willingness to receive my good,
An affirmation that good and greater good are now mine,
And that wonderful things are now happening in my life,
In my mind,
In my body,
And in all of my experiences.
I think it,
I feel it,
I know it.
I allow it to be,
I choose it to be with a feeling and a sense of ease and grace.
I give thanks knowing that it is already so and demonstrating in every area of my life through the rich avenues of divine substance.
Knowing that these words are now complete,
Received and activating that law of energy in motion,
I can release this unto that higher power that knows exactly what to do and handle the details.
I do so with a sense of joy and gratitude.
I let it be,
And so it is.
