Go ahead and find a comfortable place to be alone.

You can lie down or sit comfortably and relax.

And as you continue to relax,

Go ahead and allow your body to become very still.

Just let your mind go.

Let it be free to do whatever it wants.

As you focus on keeping your body still.

Now close your eyes.

And as you do that,

I want you to take a deep,

Slow breath in through your nose.

And as you exhale,

Just let it out very,

Very slowly.

Do that again.

Deep,

Slow breath in through your nose.

And exhale very slowly.

Now letting go.

And allowing your breathing to become natural now.

Just let it happen automatically.

And as you continue to relax completely,

I invite you to notice how easily that you can change how you feel.

A little deep breathing,

A still body.

And you start to feel different.

Feel better.

Because I wonder if you realize just how easy it is to love yourself.

Some people think that it's not possible to love yourself completely.

But let's start small and see just how easily this love can grow inside you.

Instead of trying to love yourself directly.

Beautiful done - calming, nice soothing voice, just the right length of pauses. For some reason though, it made me feel sad. I must come back to this one and see what happens with practice.

My first listen... I found it very hard to connect and identify with this but that is due to the walls I have built up inside myself. I will continue to listen to this meditation with the hope that, eventually, I can accept and believe it's message.
