
Guided Meditation for Achieving Your Goals

This track is a powerful way to start your day. It's designed to inspire motivation and follow through to achieve your goals. Listen daily.
Transcript
Go ahead and find a comfortable position where you can relax and focus in.
You can sit up or lie down,
Whichever you prefer.
And as you're listening,
You can simply allow your body to become completely still.
Now what I'd like you to do is to begin to slow your breathing down.
Taking deeper,
Slower breaths now.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out any way that feels comfortable to you.
And as you breathe out,
Allow your exhale to be longer than your inhale.
Just exhaling very,
Very slowly.
Just allowing yourself to continue to focus and relax completely.
And as you continue to listen,
Hearing the sounds around you,
Feeling the temperature of the room you're in,
Feeling the weight of your body,
You can allow yourself to just melt into this moment and feel the growing comfort and peace inside.
Now letting go completely.
And as you're listening,
Let go completely.
Because there's no need to try to control or change anything.
Just resting in this moment.
Becoming more and more relaxed.
More and more completely absorbed.
Because the fact is that the mind is a very powerful tool when you allow it to operate in its natural state.
When someone is in the zone,
They feel completely absorbed in this moment.
They're so focused on what they're doing that they literally become the process.
And athletes talk about the game playing itself through them.
Writers say that the book wrote itself.
And so it is with the best ideas and actions you take.
Because once you establish a clear goal,
You've finally reached a goal.
Because once you establish a clear goal and you put together a simple plan,
It's now time to take those steps.
And it's now time to act on that plan.
Because you don't need to figure out every detail.
That's for your unconscious mind to handle.
You can just let go and act on your simple plan.
And trust.
Trust that more will be revealed to you as you take each step.
Because I invite you to notice that achieving your goals is much easier than you might think.
And as you become completely clear on what you want,
The actual process for turning that dream into reality is very straightforward and simple.
And yes,
You will need to take action.
You will need to focus.
But you'll find that you'll enjoy the process of making that goal real in your life now.
And you'll love to notice the new behaviors.
Notice the new thoughts and feelings emerge spontaneously.
As you achieve your most important goal.
Because this is how all change happens.
This is how personal growth happens.
And the more you remain focused on your goal,
The more you should also remain flexible in your approach.
Allowing yourself to realize that there is no failure.
There's only feedback.
Feedback letting you know when it's time to change your course of action.
When it's time to adjust your behavior.
In order to accomplish your outcome quickly.
Now as you allow all of these ideas to just gently stir around in your mind,
You may already be aware of what your future vision looks like.
If I were to ask you to imagine having already achieved your goal,
What would you see?
As you look out from your eyes onto a new reality where your goal is achieved.
What would you feel?
How would it feel to be living in that new reality?
Would you feel happy inside?
Would you feel a deep sense of confidence?
Or maybe you would feel increasingly energized and excited as you realize now that you can have what you want.
What would you hear?
Perhaps you would hear positive comments from your friends or family.
Or maybe you'd hear your significant other telling you how proud they are of you.
Or your parents.
All of their eyes beaming with pride.
And most importantly,
What would you be telling yourself when your goal is achieved?
Hearing that positive self-talk.
You see,
Life becomes fun when you take your natural ability to create and put it to use.
And you can start by treating your goal as an experiment.
A fun experiment.
What would it be like if you treated achieving your goals as a fun experiment?
Your job is to get clear on what you want.
Put a simple plan together.
And take daily action on that plan.
And as you do that,
You'll find that you soon begin to naturally build momentum.
And the process gets easier and more fun.
As you see results happening quicker.
Because you're completely confident and certain of realizing your goal.
To the point where any challenges are seen as fun little puzzles to figure out.
And you can simply allow that confidence to grow strong.
Even stronger as each day goes by.
Because I invite you to notice that not only are you capable of more than you think,
You're capable of more than you can think.
Now,
There's no need to try and remember all of these ideas.
Because you can just continue to relax and breathe comfortably and naturally.
Keeping your body still and relaxed.
As you allow your deeper mind to work out the details.
And to remember all of the learning from today.
And to organize this information and present it to you.
At just the right time.
With just the right people.
You can find yourself doing and saying the right things automatically.
Now,
I would like you to become aware that you don't need to listen to this recording every day.
Although I would suggest you listen to this recording every day for several weeks.
It's certainly not necessary to continuously listen to this recording.
But the more you do,
The more you'll find that the positive suggestions you hear will become a part of you.
And you'll no longer have to think about what to do.
You'll find yourself doing more of the right things naturally.
The things that bring you into complete alignment with your goals.
All of that happens by following the simple suggestions that you've heard in this recording.
Can you imagine how good that will feel?
To begin to consciously create the life that you've always wanted.
Because the more you take action on your goals now.
The faster you experience all those good feelings.
And the faster you see your dreams become reality.
Right before your very eyes.
And the wonderful part is that once you achieve one goal,
The next goal becomes even easier to achieve.
Because your goal achieving muscles have gotten stronger.
Your confidence increases.
And you literally start looking around your life saying,
What else would I like to change?
And you feel completely in control.
Completely solid in your ability to create the life you want.
Now you can open your eyes.
Begin to come on back naturally and easily now.
As we come to the end of the session together,

And you don't need to necessarily try to do anything with the information you've learned here today.
You can just let your unconscious mind use the information as it sees fit.

So nice to delegate to the subconscious mind. Set goals, remind yourself daily of your goals, and everyday take small strides towards your goals. Your mind will propel you in that direction faster than you ever thought possible. Once you get there you’ll wonder why you waited. Go forward with confidence and love!
