Good morning.

I hope you're ready for a wonderful day.

To add a little bit more energy to your morning,

We're going to come into the breath.

So what I want you to do is close your eyes if you can.

And you're going to imagine that there's a candle or a flame in front of your nose.

And as you breathe,

You'll imagine that that air that's moving in and out of your nostrils wouldn't disturb the flame that's there.

So imagine how soft that would need to be.

You might notice as you do this that the breath is getting a little bit longer,

And a little bit slower.

All right,

Now that you're all charged up,

Let's go.

I'll see you back here tomorrow for one more minute of mindfulness.
