Lokah Samastah Mantra

This simple Sanskrit chant honors our interconnectedness with all of life and sends positive energy to all beings.

The mantra is repeated three times, followed by a short pause, and then repeated another nine times. There is no introduction or closing, so you are welcome to play this recording during a guided practice – of your own or that you are facilitating for others.
