Hello,
Thanks for choosing me to meditate with today and it's lovely to be here with you.
I just want this meditation to be a quick reset.
Sometimes we don't have many minutes,
Sometimes we just need a quick refresh or refocus.
So that's what this is for today.
So just get comfortable wherever you are in this moment and soften your gaze or close your eyes.
Just notice how you're feeling right now in this moment.
Acknowledge it.
Hold space for it without any judgment.
And then I want you to call in how you would like to feel.
What needs to shift in you?
And what does that feeling feel like in your body?
As you hold that vision,
That intention,
Let's take a quick moment to do a few reset breaths together.
So a deep inhale,
Then holding at the top,
And then exhaling a bit longer than your inhale.
Do this once with me and then a few times on your own.
Deep inhale.
Hold.
And exhale.
Continue to hold on to that feeling,
That intention,
As you move back into the rest of your day.
Start to notice sensations in your body,
The sounds in the room.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
I hope you find some ease in the rest of your day.
