Many ask themselves whether they really deserve the current challenges and problems of their lives. In doing so, they are searching for the question whether it is really necessary to suffer. The answer is complex: it depends on your own conscious attitude. Your own decision - your thinking, your feeling and your acting determines your life. In this recording I go into this and show you concrete examples. Try it out!

You deserve your current life.

The title of this post seems to be unfair for some.

Why did I deserve all the bad circumstances?

The nasty neighbor,

The bad weather and all the stress at work.

I don't deserve that,

Many will say.

Even though most people won't like it,

Yes you do,

You deserve these circumstances.

First of all,

Your current circumstances are the result of the choices you have made in your life so far.

Where you live,

Who your partner is,

Who belongs to your family,

How much money you earn and much more,

All this is dependent on what you think,

Feel and did beforehand.

Most people go through life sadly unaware and even reinforce what they don't want by focusing their attention on it.

Yet by leading your attention to the things you don't want,

You reinforce those very things.

Paradoxical,

Isn't it?

Imagine that your attention is a limited good.

Be mindful of this limited good.

For example,

If you have a politician you don't like,

You will live through that feeling and your thoughts.

Instead,

It would be much nicer,

More meaningful and better for your own life,

Which is within your scope of action to say,

What do I want to do and what can I do.

If you have been brave,

You will be rewarded by great experiences.

If you are fearful most of the time,

Your environment will reflect just that to you.

If you spend time with your family joyful and with humor,

You will experience exactly that.

If you prefer to be alone and to yourself,

That is what you will experience.

You see,

The mirror of your circumstances is always exactly corresponding to what you think,

Say,

Feel and do.

For example,

If you're angry,

Then you will experience how the circumstances are angry.

You are many things that will make you angry and annoy you,

For example,

At your work or with the people around you.

But is that really necessary?

No,

You decide how you deal with the circumstances.

It is in your hand.

And let it be clear to you.

If you don't get involved in the way of your own creation,

If you choose a life in which you make the circumstances,

Other people or fate responsible for your experiences,

Then it will come to the fact that you experience a life as a victim.

In that case,

You will be always a victim of circumstances.

That is the way of the masses.

Most people blame others for their negative circumstances.

Wonderful,

Because that gives the perfect excuse for myself.

Freely following the motto,

I would have liked to,

But I couldn't because of etc.

Etc.

If you have this mindset anchored,

You will not take your life into your own hands.

You will lead a life of mediocrity,

Mostly unhappy and rather unproductive.

If you decide otherwise,

You will live a life in which you ask yourself every day,

What do I want?

What can I do to make a positive impact for myself and others?

How can I use the situation to my best advantage?

Do you see the difference?

Instead of being in the mindset of the victim and the person who is supposedly at the mercy of circumstances without power,

You are now in a situation where you create a new situation out of your own creative ability,

For your benefit and for the benefit of all other people around you.

You decide every day with the small habits and every single decision whether you belong to the one or the other category.

Decide wisely.
