Visualization is not enough.
Many instructors go into the topic of visualizing as a method for manifestation.
Manifesting means creating a life according to your imagination.
That is,
The conscious use of one's imagination to bring oneself into a desirable future.
But there are many misunderstandings here.
I would like to tell you in this execution that it is right and important to visualize,
Even to practice visualization and to train this skill.
But that is not enough.
It is like lighting a candle with a match.
You have the match in your hand and you want to create a flame with it.
But you lack the rubbing surface for the sulfur head of the matchstick.
One half is important and correct for lighting,
But it is not complete.
So now the second step is to ask,
What is missing?
What is the second important component for successful manifestation?
It is the emotion.
As Neville Goddard said,
Feeling is the secret.
The secret of manifesting lies in consciously feeling the desired state.
Can you already consciously direct your emotions,
Your feelings?
Can you direct them positively towards a concrete goal?
Towards an idea that you feel is worth striving for?
Be it in your partnership,
In your job,
In your free time and your hobbies,
You certainly have things where you would wish to have or to achieve something.
Be it more money,
A nicer apartment,
More harmony in the family or a partner who understands you and shares your goals.
To have this kind of wishes is absolutely normal.
But now the question to you is,
Have you already put yourself in a state of giving life to your inner mental image through your feeling?
It is worth it.
With this feeling you will breathe life into the image in your mind,
Which it didn't have before.
That's why most manifestations fail,
They remain in the thought world.
It is like dream dancing.
Dream dancing is not a problem in itself,
But of course it can be frustrating when you ask,
Why can't I get to my goal?
It's worth doing the following,
Especially before you go to bed.
You lie down,
Relaxed and close your eyes.
Take 10 deep slow breaths.
Go into the inner picture of experiencing your wish.
This wish will be illuminated with a full positive and enlightening feeling.
So go quietly into certain details of your inner picture.
Formulate the inner picture completely.
How will you talk about it with others?
And most importantly,
How do you feel?
You should do this a few times in a row,
Always before going to sleep.
You will see how this emotional,
Positively charged image merges with your subconscious.
And the subconscious mind cannot distinguish reality from imagination.
It simply receives.
So use this potent power of your subconscious mind by combining visualization and emotion.
