Hello,
My name is Keith Parker with Field Dynamics Energy Healing,
And this guided meditation is about infusing your energy field and physical body tissues through the cells with prana.
See that you're sitting or lying comfortably and drop into the present moment.
Is your mind busy or quiet?
Is your body tense or relaxed?
Let into the sense of space in and around you and settle your mind into that stillness.
Settle your body into that stillness.
Allow your body to relax,
Releasing any tension and letting gravity take more hold of the weight of your physical body.
Now connect to the breath.
Start by simply watching it.
Notice the breath has an inhalation,
An exhalation,
And a pause or a gap between the two.
Mindfully,
Patiently and carefully watch these three aspects.
Let's start the pranic infusion at the head.
Bring your attention to the center of the head.
You can imagine a sphere or ball in the center of the skull,
Anywhere from the size of a golf ball to a softball or whatever is comfortable for you.
As you breathe in,
Focus and fill up that ball with the breath,
Both on the physical level where you can feel it and also on the visualization level where you can see it in your mind's eye.
Allow the sphere to fill,
Suffuse,
And swell with this breath energy.
Simply drawing in on the inhalation and slowly exhaling.
Now add to your visualization white light.
We'll simply use the power and ease of white light as it has universal application.
So we're visualizing a space around the center of the head.
We're feeling it and we're visualizing the white light coupled with the breath.
Try filling the sphere with feeling and with light on the inhalation and on the exhalation releasing and relaxing that breath light energy wherever it naturally goes.
Stay present,
Stay connected.
Now let's bring our attention to the belly area.
Use the same technique of bringing the breath into a sphere.
Connect to the feeling and connect to a visualization or mental representation of the space.
Add white light to this process and infuse that sphere with breath and light energy.
On the inhalation filling it up,
Making it dense,
And on the exhalation allowing that light breath energy to move in any direction that feels natural.
Just two more breaths here.
Now let's move to the heart center,
In general the area of the chest.
Again visualize a sphere and combine the feeling and the visualization technique and infuse that sphere with breath and prana.
Exhaling and filling the sphere,
Exhaling and allowing the energy to flow wherever it needs to go.
If you find yourself efforting with the breath or with the visualization,
Back off until you feel a sense of ease with the practice.
And that space in your efforting that is easeful and easy.
And we're going to start distributing this prana into the body.
We worked through the three centers of the belly,
The heart and the head.
And so let's begin spreading it into the physical through our visualization and through our feeling.
So inhale and extend from the chest center the breath light energy throughout the rest of the chest and down the arms.
Start with the right arm and the right shoulder all the way down and out through the hands.
And then the left arm,
Left shoulder.
You can think of the three centers that we have filled up with this life force as reservoirs.
So we draw from those energy centers and distribute to the periphery of the body.
See that you continue filling out the chest area down through the arms,
Out through the hands.
The inhalation fills and compacts.
The exhalation helps to guide distribution and softening.
And from the heart center let's move down to the belly.
Inhaling and filling that belly center again.
And then on the exhalation begin distributing it throughout the abdomen.
Through the organs,
Through the lower back,
And down through the pelvis,
Into the legs and out the feet.
Try one leg at a time and focus a few breaths on each leg.
Do you notice if one leg has more ease of flow than the other?
Remember,
Don't push,
Don't effort too strongly.
If you find yourself stretching or struggling simply back off a bit until you find that space of effortlessness.
I'll leave you to do three more breaths from the belly area throughout the lower body.
And now let's move up to the head area.
Find the center of the head and begin inhaling,
Filling up the sphere with feeling and light visualization and breath.
And on the exhalation distribute that in and around the skull,
In and around the neck.
Out the ears,
Around the eyes,
Even up and out the top of the head.
Now,
Let's expand our awareness to encompass the space larger than the physical body.
Try and hold your attention to your whole energy field at once.
It may be a few feet off of the body in any direction.
But whatever feels comfortable and natural to you in terms of holding the space around the physical body all at once so that you're in a kind of cocoon or womb of your perception.
Now this is a large sphere for us to breathe and infuse the prana in.
This may feel a bit different.
As you inhale,
Infuse every point in that space simultaneously.
Feel and visualize the breath and the white light coming into contact and permeating the entire space of your energy field.
Again don't struggle.
Remain soft and work subtly.
Notice that as you do this the quality of your attention changes,
The quality of the space that you're holding changes.
Let's do five more breaths here.
Take that.
Last breath.
And now in this final step we're going to transfer all of that prana of breath and of light into the physical body's tissues and cells simply by intending it by focusing our attention on that.
So as you continue to breathe,
Inhale and suffuse the field with that pranic energy and on the exhalation distributed into the body's tissues,
Into the body's cellular structure.
Sweep your attention through your physical body and visualize the prana entering into the tissues down into the cellular level.
What is it like for you to connect to the feeling of your physical body's tissue?
What is it like for you to connect to your cellular structure?
Can you feel a vitalization coming to you at the cellular level?
And bring this prana through the whole body to every cell,
However many trillion there are.
And if you're so inclined,
Smile,
Bring joy,
Bring contentment to this practice and to your cellular connection.
In this way we imprint and transfer over this state of being to this micro scale of the body.
Five more breaths here.
