Hello,
My name is Keith Parker and this is a guided meditation and healing practice using pranic infusion.
And in this guided meditation we're going to use both visualization and the breath to infuse our central channel and chakras with prana,
With life force.
Please assume a comfortable meditative position,
Preferably sitting upright with the spine reasonably vertical.
Connect to your central channel.
This is the vertical channel running from the top of the head,
The crown,
Down through the center of the body.
First visualize this central channel.
It's kind of like a tube,
About one and a half to two and a half inches in diameter.
And it runs more or less in the core of the body acting as the energetic spine.
What we'll do to infuse this central channel with prana is both breathe into it,
But also visualize a white light pack or densify or compress the light and the breath with your imagination and with your feeling.
Both on the inhalation and the exhalation,
Very naturally begin to breathe from the crown,
The top of the head,
Down that central channel tube,
All the way to the perineum at the base of the pelvis.
Send your breath and move your awareness,
Utilizing a visualization to accompany the breath of white light to infuse and suffuse the central channel.
There's no right way to do this.
Notice if you're breathing and bringing the breath light energy down the entire tube or partially down the tube,
Notice how wide the tube is.
Try and pack or compress the prana and make the tube more full,
Kind of like blowing up a balloon.
And you may send the breath and the light from the top down,
But also from the bottom up.
I'll give you a little bit of time here to play with this practice.
Now we're going to move to a pranic infusion of each of the seven chakras.
We're going to start at the root chakra,
At the perineum.
Now you might imagine the size of a chakra to be about a ping pong ball.
And what we want to do is to inflate that ping pong ball a little bit bigger,
Maybe as much as to the size of a baseball or even a softball.
So starting at the root chakra,
Imagine that sphere and using your breath and the white light visualization,
Infuse the root chakra with prana.
Pack it more densely with life energy.
Really,
Somewhere in the range of three to five breaths is more than enough.
Let's move on to the second chakra.
Located in the sacrum,
Bring your attention to the second chakra and do a pranic infusion,
Pumping up the sphere about the size of a ping pong ball and seeing if it's comfortable for you to make it larger to densify the pressure in that spherical cavity.
Again,
Don't be forceful with the breath.
Try and be as fluid and as gentle as imaginable,
But also intending to fill up the sphere with life force.
Let's move up to the solar plexus.
Located a few inches above the navel and then back towards the spine,
Begin the pranic infusion of the solar plexus chakra.
Continue to use white light as a visualization.
Although you can use all kinds of color visualizations,
The white light has the most universal purpose and serves to work as a healing mechanism in all circumstances.
Okay,
Let's move up to the fourth chakra.
Do your pranic infusion at the fourth chakra.
The fourth chakra is located at the bottom of the breastplate back towards the spine.
It's lower than the physical heart.
Breathing and visualizing the white light going into the sphere.
Tensify,
Compress and compact the heart chakra space with prana.
And finishing up there,
Let's move up to the throat chakra.
Bringing your attention to the base of the throat and moving back towards the spine.
Connect to that ping pong ball size of the chakra and begin to infuse it with your light breath energy.
As you continue to do this pranic infusion,
What have you noticed in the chakras in general?
You can use this practice to gain information as to the symmetry and shape of any of the areas of the chakras.
And of course the chakras being structures of consciousness,
Structures of perception,
It may inform you as to where there is imbalance.
Let's move up to the sixth chakra.
Located in the center of the head,
The center of the brain,
Connect to that ping pong ball scale and begin to infuse it with prana.
And one more breath there.
And let's come to the final chakra,
The crown.
Going to the top of the head,
Connecting to the ping pong ball sphere and infusing the crown chakra with prana.
Inhaling,
Visualizing the white light,
Visualizing the compaction of the breath,
Feeling it to whatever extent is available to you and infusing that space with life force energy and with consciousness.
And to conclude the practice,
Let's take three inhalations and exhalations with the light breath up and down the vertical channel to clear and restore the flow of our verticality.
This practice is available to be done at any time,
At any pace,
And is very useful for stimulating and doing a basic clearing of the energy system.
Thank you so much for listening.
