Welcome in to this deep imaginative practice.

You'll be guided inward to connect with the truth that lives at the core of your being.

You are already worthy.

Through gentle breath,

Body awareness,

And visualization,

You'll meet a future version of yourself who embodies ease,

Confidence,

And belonging.

This practice is an invitation to soften the old stories,

Release striving,

And remember the wholeness that has always been with you.

All you need to do is to relax,

Listen,

And allow the journey to unfold.

Take a comfortable seat or lie down.

Close your eyes.

Let your hands rest where they feel natural.

Feel your breath.

Not forcing,

Just start to notice.

Soften into the support a little more.

Let your eyelids feel restful.

Let your forehead soften.

Feel your jaw at ease.

Relax down your arms into your fingers a little more.

Just notice the body and the breathing.

As you breathe in,

Feel how the body expands very gently.

As you breathe out,

Notice the body releasing,

Unwinding just a bit more.

Imagine the ground beneath you strong and steady.

With every breath,

Let yourself sink into that support just a bit more.

Notice the weight of your body being held.

Notice there's nothing to do,

Nowhere to go,

Just this here right now.

Soften down through your belly,

Your hips,

All the way from hips to toes,

Relax.

Soften into this moment.

Take an easeful breath in and out.

Notice your normal breathing pattern.

Stay restful here and bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Let your attention sweep downward.

Forehead,

Jaw,

Throat.

Chest,

All softening.

Belly,

Hips,

Legs,

Feet.

As you notice each part of your body,

Imagine you are sinking deeper.

Sort of like stepping down a staircase into your inner world.

With each step,

It takes you closer to a deeper truth.

This place deep down inside of you that already knows that you are worthy.

You can find yourself in a place that feels safe and timeless.

It could be a forest or a room filled with light.

A mountaintop or a garden.

Let it appear naturally.

Take a moment to look around and notice a presence walking towards you.

Imagine this is your future self.

This is the one who fully lives in their own worthiness.

See how they embody ease,

Confidence,

Belonging.

They don't try to hustle for approval.

They also don't shrink to fit in.

Notice how their being simply is whole and radiant.

See how they're very at home with themselves.

Really see them.

Notice how they move and how they hold themselves.

Notice the expression in their eyes.

What are they wearing?

What energy do they carry?

As you keep your body relaxed and your breath normal,

Imagine they come close enough to stand in front of you.

And they smile at you as if to say,

You are me.

I am you.

Worthiness has always lived here.

Let yourself ask them,

What do you know that I've forgotten?

Listen for an answer.

It might be words or images or just a feel state in your body.

Ask them gently,

What do you know that I've forgotten?

They may hand you a gift.

It might be an object or a symbol.

Something to remind you of your worth.

Allow yourself to receive it fully.

Keep holding these sharp images in your mind.

Let your imagination draw it out a little more.

Notice what it feels like.

Now step into them.

Imagine you could merge with this future self right now.

Their shoulders become your shoulders.

Their breath becomes your breath.

Their ease,

Their dignity,

Their quiet power,

It's yours.

Because it really has always been there.

Stay here a moment,

Letting this truth imprint into every cell.

I am worthy simply because I am.

Feel those words sink deep.

I am worthy simply because I am.

Feel the totality imprinting yourself.

I am worthy simply because I am.

Rerelax your body and your breathing.

Soften through your shoulders.

Soften through all the way down to your feet.

Begin to let this imagery dissolve,

But hold on to the feeling.

Spiral in your inner awareness down to your heart.

Feel a deep connection there and whisper to yourself,

I belong.

I'm enough.

I'm worthy of love,

Of joy,

Of possibility.

Notice how it feels to say this in your own voice,

In your own body.

I belong.

I am enough.

I am worthy of love,

Of joy,

Of possibility.

Now let's take a few deeper breaths together.

Take a big breath in.

Take a sighing breath out if you feel like it.

Start to bring small movements to your body.

You could wiggle fingers or toes,

Or take a full body stretch.

Know that you can return to this future self at any time.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take another breath in and out,

And carry this worthiness with you right into your day.
